Ordered thin crust 2 topping pizza, driver was great, the pizza was cold and crappy, very little cheese even though we had a double cheese order. Spoke to Mgr and we could overhear employees mocking in backgnd... he gave excuses after excuses, definitely not returning for this poorly run store!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now, and I usually always order the same thing. 2 pan pizzas and 1 hand-tossed pizza. The cashier that took my order was nice, and after about 10 minutes, he handed me the pizzas. I told him it was the wrong pizza and that I didn’t order that; he said that he didn’t hear me and thought I said something else. I told him that he misheard me and that I didn’t order that; my son was with me as well and heard the exchange. While I was talking to the cashier, the manager came in. He was immediately hostile, yelled at me, and told me I was in the wrong and that his cashier didn’t make a mistake, and I was lying and had to take the pizza. I told him I wasn’t going to take the pizza because I didn’t order it; I said I would get a refund instead. He proceeded to say he was going to write me up, and he wrote down my name and phone number. He proceeded to take the pizza and throw it in the trash in front of me, saying he’d remake the pizza. I was waiting for an additional 30 minutes while he purposely pushed back my order. Finally, my pizza was ready, and I requested a clean cut because I don’t eat pork, and he ignored my request. I told him not to cut the pizza at all since he ignored my request. The manager was unbelievably rude and condescending. Do better.
I ordered over the phone and paid delivery fees. The person told me that the order will be delivered to me in 20-30 minutes. I waited but nothing was delivered. Called back after 45 minutes and they said it is on the way and be delivered in 5 minutes...but not divers and called after 1 hr and the person said it will be delivered in 5 minutes but, didn't happen. I wasn't delivered yet
