The nicest man ever (at 6:30pm on Feb 17th, 2024) gave my boyfriend and I free donuts after we got an iced coffee. I’ll come back to this Dunkin incredibly often for the rest of my life. What an amazing worker! The power of amazing customer service is never ending!
Please note what I am reviewing is today's experience not all time. I wanted something for breakfast so I went to Dunkin Donuts. The service was great when I ordered my food. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed incorrect food and missing food. I went back and explained what happened and the food preparer gave attitude that he messed up. I’m always impressed with the DRIVE THROUGH service here and I appreciate how quick they hand you your order! I love the iced mango and pineapple refresher and once I was given two donuts on the house along with the one I had ordered! The inside on the other hand is a different story… the place is clean enough but the service isn’t the best and it’s just kind of odd…
