Minneapolis location is still the best in the twin cities, but if you live in the south metro, either the Apple Valley or Eagan location is an excellent alternative! Great, friendly service, excellent menu selections, and delicious ramen. Mmm, why am I typing when I should be driving to Ichiddo?
It is what they say it on their website. Bouncy noodles. Yes. Don't expect it to be like Al dente spaghetti. It should have a spring like texture. It was my daughters 2nd time having Ramen. The 1st was in MPLs and she chose this one. She understood the difference between the broths and noodles now. This had more depth and saltiness. Service was good. I decided to try this for lunch when I had to run to Apple Valley for some errands. I was not disappointed! I ordered it to go and it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I had a strawberry green tea with popping Boba, the pork ramen, and a pork bun. It really was delicious.
