15 dollars for a piece of overcooked chicken on a dry biscuit with no gravy and cold hash browns. We sat there for 25 minutes without being so much as looked at by our server and the group that came in after us had their food before we even ordered. Thanks for reminding me why I cook at home and never go out. This was so disappointing. Do they even cook their food anymore or do they just reheat everything in the microwave like Applebee's?

I checked the hours online and it said they were open until 10pm. It even said that the hours had been updated by the buisness three weeks ago. I then drive 30 minutes to the restaurant and arrive at 7:56 just for the hours on the door to say 8pm. I called the restaurant to verify and they did in fact close at 8pm. I had drive all that ways for literally nothing. The company needs to be more diligent about keeping their website updated if they are going to constantly be changing the hours

Wow! I was really disappointed with our breakfast trip! My husband mentioned Perkins, but I said no let's do IHop! BIG mistake! The only thing that was so-so was my coffee!! I ordered the senior 2x2x2 breakfast! My two pancakes were cold, the syrup dispenser was dirty plus it took five minutes for the syrup to come out! Was it old or too thick?? My scrambled eggs were also cold!!? The bacon was ok, although it wasn't two full pieces!! I ordered a side a wheat of toast which was barely toasted and I'm pretty sure they forgot to butter it! The price for that by the way, was $4.00!! At least butter would have been nice!!My husband's omelette was cold in the middle and his three pancakes were also cold!!When we were done eating, we set our dishes to the side which would be a sign that we were done eating, wouldn't you think??? It was a good 20 minutes before we saw our bill, and they weren't even that busy!! NO MORE IHOP FOR ME!! Sorry-no tip that day!

Had breakfast and I was impressed with the perfectly done eggs over easy. However, the fruit bowl was very lacking in both variety and portion size. Not worth $5.49 so don't waste your money. Service was perfect!!

My previous review basically said they needed to renovate. It looks like that is now happening... we will see how that goes. As always, the service here is pretty good, and when they get the place renovated, it will be a much more pleasant experience.

IHOP is a nostalgic spot for many, offering a range of classic breakfast and brunch options. However, my recent experience left me underwhelmed, warranting a 2/5 star rating. The main issue lies in the pricing, which seems disproportionate to the quality of food served. Comparable to Perkins in style and taste, IHOP's menu lacks the value proposition expected for the price point. While their pancakes remain a staple, other dishes fail to impress, feeling more like reheated diner fare than freshly prepared meals. Additionally, the menu's lack of innovation makes the high prices harder to justify. For a similar dining experience at a lower cost, Perkins or other local diners offer better value without sacrificing taste. The atmosphere at IHOP is pleasant and family-friendly, but it's not enough to compensate for the steep prices and mediocre food quality. In summary, IHOP's appeal may be more about nostalgia than culinary excellence. For those seeking a budget-friendly breakfast or brunch option with similar offerings, alternatives like Perkins are a more sensible choice.

I haven't been to IHOP in quite a while. I decided to go since I had a few offer from T-Mobile Tuesdays for a stack of 3 pancakes. I ordered in addition to that some toast and turkey bacon.I was amazed at the cost for the additional sides, but decided to order anyway. My pancakes were light and fluffy and tasted great. I asked about other flavors of syrup besides maple and the server told me what was available. I decided to take blueberry syrup. It was the right choice. My server did a great job of checking in on how everything tasted and if I needed anything else. His attention to details made the experience great.I decided to tip my server 40% because of his great service and I know how difficult it is for people of color to be tipped well.Of the people I encountered at this location, they were all friendly.

Slow service. Very run down restaurant. The food was good and came quickly. But wow, take care of your building. Too expensive.Dietary restrictions: Did have GF pancakes.
