It's been a while since I had a Jersey Mike's Sub. 1/24/24 went today it was exactly what I was hoping for. Delicious. I purchased before I went shopping at Target and got it Mike's way. I was concerned that maybe by waiting to eat it it might be too wet.( Got a cold cut). But it was not wet. it was delicious. Using the app , get Rewards for free sub. I am 4 points to get free sub.Don't delay,Get one today,Do it Mike's way

Upon reflection, Jersey Mikes has the best submarine sandwich around. Every restaurant has gone up in price so I've decided that a five star review is in order. Their deli meats are delicious. Toppings are fresh and the consistency of product is top notch. Thank you to all the great employees at Jersey Mikes.

Love hate relationship with JM’s, I love their subs but hate them because they’re so good and ruin my diet… I guess that’s “Mike’s way”…This location is always great, I mentioned the root beer was low and 2 minutes later the gentleman made it a point to make sure I knew it had been replaced and was good to go.

I observed what I thought was a great interaction between Jersey Mike’s staff and what seemed to be a regular customer, an elderly gentleman. The employee greeted him with a smile and asked “if he was having his usual order” then continued to engage him in a bright, excited way and the gentleman seemed to enjoy the entire interaction. I was just an observing customer but thought ‘they probably made his day and this seems like exceptional service.”’ This occurred on 11/7 at 2pm. Just wonderful.

I think some of these reviews are nuts, the Apple Valley, MN location is the best. Great subs, the best staff, and reasonably priced my only complaint "cut all the way through", however it's more fun to give them grief about it. Just remember: #8, bacon 1st, double tomatoes, I'll tell you when to stop, no onions, then Mike's Way. Went to one in Pompano Beach, FL and was close to as good as Apple Valley. Keep up the good work and I don't live in San Francisco.

Supremely unimpressed… Walked in just now. Three staffers making sandwiches for a couple customers.Waited at the counter to have my order taken. Wasn't even greeted with a simple 'Hello, be right with you.'. After a moment I looked at each staff member and not one made eye contact.There was one staffer standing in the dining area having a social conversation with a person seated. After being ignored I left. Not a single staffer inquired as to my leaving without ordering.I called the store as I was leaving the parking lot. Sam answered. I requested to speak to a manager. Sam said his GM was too busy but he's also a manager.With that I explained I was unhappy with being ignored. Stated I would place this review. Wished him a good day and disconnected.Sad. Poor customer service would be a compliment. I don't return to stores where my business or requests for managerial support is ignored.

I started going to Jersey Mike’s Burnsville location. I hadn’t heard of them prior. My experiences have all been positive. I then found a new location in Savage and went there mostly because of the advertising with Danny Devito (though I thought his commercials were silly). In his commercials he talked about “the juice,” which I knew nothing about. I ordered a cold sandwich and had it done “Mike’s Way” which included this “juice.” I fell in love with it and have returned several times. I found out what the “juice” was and tried to have a competitor make it, because JM’s subs are more expensive. Well, I don’t know what the spices Mike’s Way uses.. but Jersey Mike’s uses white onions, the competition uses red onions which gave a much different taste.Looking around online I found out that Apple Valley has a location too. It’s much closer to me, so I decided to visit it. The people working gave me fantastic service. The prices were higher, but I figure the savings in gas make up for that. There’s nothing like the Jersey Mike’s sub. It’s my new drug. I’m addicted.

Pretty slow service. They were prioritizing a huge mobile order in front of us—which is understandable—but were crafting the sandwiches messily and slowly. Need to figure out a better workflow to make more sandwiches so the people at the cash register aren’t standing there with nothing to do. Not a great performance this time around.
