Steve the delivery driver was very rude regarding a tip and was very disrespectful at my place of employment, which is why I called and had my tip removed.. tips are for good people providing good service..!I hope he learns from this review and realize nobodies obligated to tip him, especially with that attitude

Ordered delivery from the app and it took almost 45 minutes for it to arrive. I ordered a large sprite and got a large diet coke...I know I ordered extra oil and vinegar but my sandwich was dripping with and sitting in a puddle of oil. That means they didn't shake the sauce bottle and just dumped straight oil all over my sandwich. I spent $20 just to throw everything away and still be hungry.

My wife and I ordered take out for lunch with our daughter and teenage granddaughter. Super clean restaurant with very attentive service and the sandwiches were very good and prepared with very good presentation. When we are back in the neighborhood, we will so order from them again.

Ordered delivery for me and my son for lunch, my son was crying and I was upstairs consoling him when my delivery arrived. I came downstairs to missed calls and an aggressive vm and no food at my door. I called the delivery driver back and explained my situation he was very aggressive and very rude. I apologized and reexplained that I was consoling a small child and didnt mean to miss the delivery. He was short, scoffed a few times, and then told me I would have to wait as he was back at the store waiting on more deliveries and he would get out to me when he could. I called the store to request that the cancel my order and refund me including my 15% tip. Horrible customer service for a tip based job.

I went to grab dinner and was asked what number sandwich I wanted. I had never been there, so I ordered and was told what number I should use. I felt the bag and wondered why it felt so light. I'm from NJ and have been eating hoagies for 50 years and know what they feel like. I got home and found a stale roll which made a big crumbly mess. I looked inside and found two slices of meat. Two half sandwiches were $22 and I was disgusted with the waste of money. Subway is better, cheaper and has much more meat and made to order. I'll never go back to Jimmy John's again... total rip off

I ordered 2 sandwich's for take out, they made them very quickly but the cashier got the order wrong, I didn't realize until I had already left, the music in the place was so loud it was hard to communicate when ordering which is probably why it got put in wrong, and the woman who made the food told me if I wanted a bag to grab one myself. The whole place seemed disorganized.
