First and last time I eat at noodles and company. The gentleman that took my order was not customer friendly or welcoming at all. Watching the cook prepare the food he didnt wash his hands, was wiping his hands on his apron over and over nor did he wear gloves at all. Not sure if that is policy or not but I worked in food service for years and saw many health code violations. I took one bite of my meal and left. Keep the $13.79 I was charged for my unsafely prepared food.Additionally the man working the front that appeared to be the manager on the duty went back and forth between helping customers, preparing salads and serving guests never washing his hands at all. Gross.

At the Apple Valley restaurant, The food overall was pretty good however, some of the extras we ordered were not included, even though we paid for them. When I went to pick up the order, the young girl with piercings in her nose and face was rude. I simply asked if our order was ready and she said in a very dismissive way, as she turned her back to me, if it's not on the shelf it's not ready. Regardless of her attitude and not fully completing our order, the food was still pretty good.

It's a standard noodles and company. Decent amount of parking which is nice. Quick friendly service. Accurate orders generally. If you've been to one Noodles and Co, you've been to them all. Good fast food option that isn't fried food.Parking: There is plenty of parking most of the time. You can park in either lot area. If it's a busy time, it can be hard to find a spot really close, but there are always optionsWheelchair accessibility: Tight front entrance for wheelchair or walkers. But it's laid out like most Noodles and Co. Double door entrance, and divider for the line. All makes it a little tight to navigate.

Appreciate the service and promptness of getting a fairly large family order on short notice. Well managed store and employee service was fantastic. Loved the food as usual but really want to thank the employees for their service.
I have always liked noodles and company. Have been my favorite for years. This location stunk like garbage, the seating area was dirty, needed a serious remodel. On top of that, while we were eating the man working dragged the garbage right in front of us and smelled gross ? loss my appetite after that.

Bathroom was filthy. Clogged toilets, used feminine products overflowing the receptacles. Dining room was dirty and sticky with both trash cans overflowing. No soda lids. Must’ve run out of clean silverware because we got plastic. It was super slow inside and there were very few to go orders. There was no excuse for the place to be this gross. I paid $20 for a kids meal, a small bowl of noodles, and a soda. For that price, I could’ve gone somewhere much better.
