Amount of toppings were stellar, only gripe was I requested no cut and a well done pizza. It was both cut and cooked as usual. I appreciate a crispier crust and this one was somewhat doughy which is why I always request well done.

I ordered a large whole covered pepperoni and whole covered chicken pizza with light cheese on the Pizza Hut App - I should have checked it before leaving the store, but I didn’t. I obviously ended up with a light pepperoni, cheese pizza instead. I called to see if I could get a replacement, but the call took me to a call center and they had to transfer me over to the store front where no one was answering the phone (at 5:30pm). Bummer. I’m not going to go back and sit there and wait. Disappointed. There were chicken bits on there but the lack of pepperoni was a surprise.

I definitely wouldn’t ever go here again I picked up my pizza and they gave me cheese even though I ordered pepperoni and I asked for plates and napkins and they didn’t even have any they had no people working there either ruined my entire

I wasn’t even going to review this poor experience until the delivery driver whom left my food on the dirty ground because they don’t read directions and she decided to help herself to an tip and updated it in their system on a receipt that was never signed by me! Terrible customer

I ordered 2 meat lover melts, 1 medium pepperoni/sausage, 1 medium with just pepperoni.. My melts were burnt and our food wasnt hardly warm. How can I eat it without teeth if its burnt? It's not usually hot no more. They have door dasher delivery people instead of their own.. at least when their people deliver the carrying case keeps the pizza warmer then what the door dash or grub hub drivers have!! Worse $38 I've spent..

My order was delivered before the expected delivery time, my food was fantastic for the first time in many years the pizza actually tasted good and fresh. After giving a $4 tip and paying with a card, I later found that my card was charged an additional $8 for a total of a $12 tip on an order that was $27. This of course was done without my approval.
