This Starbucks is AMAZING!!! I ordered the apple crisp oatmilk crème frappuccino, and usually I am given the one with coffee and have to ask them to remake it, as I cannot have caffeine. The ladies here accidentally put coffee and whole milk in, but noticed their mistake before finishing the drink and remade it for me without asking! They were so kind and even offered me a free cake pop due to their error and me having to wait (less than five minutes)! This will be my new go-to Starbucks, as it is the best service I have ever received at a Starbucks and I was treated with such kindness and respect! Shoutout to Keely and Shadir (I could be wrong on their names, but they were something close to that!) Excellent service! :)

This is the absolute worst location 100% of the time. The staff is incredibly rude. They stand around, chatting and playing on their phones while your drink was to be ready ten minutes prior. If you’re lucky, when, who I assume to be the shift lead, asks one of them to make the drink they proceed to bicker about it, ending with one of them loudly announcing “I HAVE TO PEE” and walking off. They constantly make the order wrong. Today when I picked up my iced beverage (was supposed to be hot, I ordered it correctly), the employee took the drink, made a grand gesture of dumping it out with an audible sigh. Her co-worker proceeded to re-make the drink, didn’t utter a word to me, walked past me, where I waited at the usual pick up area, in order to rudely slam it down in the mobile pick-up area. Pathetic. This is the only location in the area open into the evening which is the only reason we bother at all. After giving it a shot too many times in hopes we were having one-off experiences we will be taking our business elsewhere. Who needs to be treated like absolute garbage only to end up with an insanely priced beverage that tastes burnt. Hard pass. And clean up your counter. The place is a dump. Do better.
