Best Subway in the area. Always clean and the staff is fast and friendly. They dont seem to run out of food as much as the Burnsville one off of 11. I like the new remodel too.

I will never step foot in store again. Walked in, stood at the window with no one in front of me for 20 minutes. The employees (kids) seemed to busy talking and making online orders to even look up and acknowledge my presence. I understand you may have online orders but at least acknowledge your customers that are in store. Ridiculous. Will drive down the road from now on.

Ordered 4 footlong sandwiches, paid over $40 for the meal. When I got home, on 6 inches of my sandwich it had 2 pieces of meat, on the other 6 inches it had NO meat. Called subway and they told me to spread out the meat.. THE TWO PIECES OF MEAT I got. After I told her that I’m not doing it as it should have 12 pieces on the sandwich she proceeded to call me a liar and to bring the sandwich back. Husband is on the way now with my meatless sandwich to prove to them I got no meat, and will be requesting the managers information. Wasn’t even upset about it, just wanted compensation for a different day. Got upset after she called me a liar. 2nd time I’ve had issues with this specific subway. Recommend going to the subway down the road !

Absolutely garbage of a place.We placed an online order and waited.The staff working today 7/7/23 did not have our order ready when it was a 20 minute window from ordering online. The staff decided to make our order once we came in, 5 minutes after the time it was due. Nothing better than waiting 35 minutes for an order that should have been completed in 10. The lady in front of us was not able to order because they were out of the bread she wanted AND they only had 1 type of cookie out for purchase. I agree, it's all kids working here, most of the time during the afternoon shifts.

Don’t even waste your time. Kids work here, didn’t see an adult in sight. Could t comprehend what I was saying and had to make my sandwich 3 times because they kept putting stuff on that I did not ask for. Terrible customer service.

They allegedly open at 8 am, but there has never been a time I’ve come to this subway and they’re actually open. They’re either still fully closed or the opening staff is not prepared to see customers at 8 am. Either set better standards for your employees or change your hours.And then I wait and they’re out of steak! ?

You are doing something wrong. The fact that a basic footlong meal combo is $20+ and yet your entire store is staffed by two extremely overworked teenagers puts corporate greed on full display. No more and never again if this is how you are going to do business.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this Subway location in the span of 6 months, so this experience today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm not one to complain about bad service; as a customer worker of 5+ years, I know how hard it is to work minimum wage and deal with rude customers. However, wrong is wrong, no matter how you put it.So today, I asked for a foot-long sandwich with chicken, and the worker put one full scoop of chicken. But when she went in for the second scoop, she only scooped up half a scoop, shook some more chicken off the scoop and put it on the sandwich and then spread out the chicken with her gloved hands. Mind you, there were plenty of empty gaps where the chicken was supposed to be. I was stunned, but I gathered the courage to ask her to put some more chicken in my sandwich. She looked up, shocked that I'd confront her on skimping on chicken, so I repeated it, pointing at a very large gap where there was no chicken, just bread staring back at us. She looked so angry that I'd confronted her on her obvious attempt on not giving me chicken, so she started cussing me out to her coworker in Spanish. I speak a second language, not Spanish, so please, don't assume bad of me, she was clearly talking bad about me because I was asking for more chicken. After them going back and forth for a good minute, the other coworker asked, "Do you want double-meat?" I was dumbfounded, but I told the second worker that she only gave me a scoop-and-a-half, and the coworker came over, and she looked at my sandwich, stunned as I was. I pointed at the gaps, and even the coworker looked at my sandwich with wide eyes. Without a word, she put a little chicken in the gap, and gave the original worker a look, because the even she knew that she was wrong for that. Then, in comes the rude treatment from the original worker, giving me dirty looks and huffing and puffing while she shoved my sandwich into the oven. I knew she was only acting like this because I stood up for myself and didn't let her skimp on chicken, but by then, I wanted to leave the store, because I couldn't believe this became such a big problem.Now, I could go on and talk about the 4 other times I was treated bad at this store, but for now, I wanted to make a review because this is the only Subway in my city that I can go to, and because the treatment I've gotten at this store has been consistent, I have to complain because when an employee is wrong, they're wrong. I'd like to apologize because I'd hate being seen as a "Karen" or unreasonable, but I asked for a sandwich, not for a sandwich with a side of tears. I hope that maybe this would help change what happens at this store, but I'm doubtful. This will be my last time going to this location, as I've tried overlooking the last bad encounters, as a minimum wage worker myself. But wrong is wrong, and I hope this doesn't happen to others in the future.
