I thought I would try them since they are near to my work. BIG MISTAKE. Take out order. Returned to my office to find they left out one of the three items ordered. I consider Chick Fil A to be thieves. They weren't busy, or facing any adversity but they sure were incompetent in spite of themselves.Do yourself a favor and don't let them short you.Any restaurant where I have to unbag an order just to make sure they aren't cheating me or just suffering from incompetence - especially at the prices they are charging is not worth a second look.Chick-fil-A you are on my lifetime ban list and I will share my experiences far and wide.Don't waste your time here. The food isn't fast. The food isn't great. The service is substandard.

Food was great. Staff was super friendly. It's a Chick Fil-A. However the parking lot was designed by a moron. Trying to leave I got stuck in the drive thru. Luckily I was in my wife's Jeep and I could go over the curb. If I had been in my Nissan I would be very upset.

I had the nicest encounter with the staff this morning. It's a rough start day for me, and I rarely do fast food. Today was an exception. The young lady that took my order and the young man who gave it to me were polite and helpful. That made my day much better immediately. Thank

Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender. One was so small it was like the size of a nugget. Ordered my fried well done. They were not, both chicken and fries were extremely greasy, soft and too salty.
