Morning crew is great but I avoid going to this Caribou in the evenings because it takes forever for them to even acknowledge you walked in the building let alone actually get your drink.

Went thru the drive thru and turned around because BOTH of my iced coffee tasted bland and old. When we went back in to let them know the cashier looked scared to ask the baristas to remake the drinks. I’m pretty sure all the did was shake it and give it back , the coffees were even worse. I would go to scooters down the road !
