Place is an absolute disaster inside garbage everywhere on the floor. Table's not clean and the staff is the rudest I've ever experienced in a business my entire life. It was so bad I walked out without ordering food.

For $15 an hour you'd think you'd get the slice of cheese on your burger, nope! Half on half off. Scrape it off the box. Literally played an entire song, looking at my bag of food while they dropped cups, straws and napkins on the floor. They can't multitask to save their life. Taking an order and handing a bag out was way too much for them. Absolutely trash. Pre-ordered on my app, and still the nuggets I ordered were cold n stiff. I was happy to see they actually put napkins in my bag. Smh

Food was mostly fine (except the Big Macs were put together weird with top and middle buns together and everything else underneath lol, I don't really care but it was a bit strange) but the restaurant was kinda dirty, mucky tables etc.

I asked for extra extra pickles on my sandwich and they absolutely delivered. They have been the only place to give me what I wanted in a sandwich. It was amazing.

We ate in the restaurant because we were in between hockey games and all the manager did was yell at her team. Telling them to focus and told them they were in a contest with the biggest store. There was one point where I was going to go up and tell her she was making lunchtime unbearable. Even my husband was saying it was a little extreme. I had 3 kids with me, and they kept looking at the manager.

We ordered our food through McDonald’s site. Mention that we are eating in, got our table number 39 and we paid. We waited long time. We thought we heard our number 39 being called so we went up there to get. There was a lady working and said we didn’t. It was very noisy in there with some kids being loud so it was hard to hear. We went up there again with the receipt and the staff told us to hat the kids took it and one of the staff took the receipt and made sure us a new order. In about half hour later, we get our meal we ask where our fries and drinks. We order 2 ten piece chicken nuggets large meals, he wanted us to show receipt for it but he kept it to make it. We will not be going to that place. I love McDonald’s since I was a kid Ana still do but this one. Unhappy Customer
