Stood in lobby for five minutes before a staff came back from the bathroom or from somewhere other than the restaurant and acknowledged we were even there, though they could see us standing there from the kitchen.

When I arrived it was completely empty. The service was slow. Really slow. The place was completely over staffed and everyone looked like they had been tortured and burned with cigarettes!!! When I finally got my meal I had to ask for the drink. Food was standard fare. Great location easy in and out even by foot. I definitely did not feel very welcomed here. Like a weird vibe that's hard to explain.

I came tonight 10/13 at 11. I have worked for this building years ago so I know working in fast food can be stressful especially 1 hour before close. So the huffing an puffing I was going to let ago when I asked for my fries hot. But than I got to the windows and the manager was rude. With the window open he was sticking his head out saying I wish you people would go home, this isn’t dinner time, can you please leave me alone. This manager I know for fact has always had this attitude so I don’t know how his still a manager even at a different McDonald’s or why his still working in fast food if he obviously hates it!
