I don't understand whydoor dash drivers are required to use an insulated sack to leave with the hot food. It's 90+ degrees outside lately. Someone please explain the logic. No special equipment needed to have the driver transport milkshakes/cold beverages in this weather. Talked with GM about it. She was a sweetheart by the way. I was told some customers complained and that is why. I understand she's just doing her job, but do you really want to create policy based on a minority of complainers, or develop policies based on logic and/or common sense?“
