Sunday November 19th at 6 pm a male employee was absolutely rude snapping at customers and wouldn't answer a simple question after being asked multiple times. He had to have another employee finish my sandwich because he couldn't handle it. I will be calling corporate if this isn't handled. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.

Love the Subway on Oakland not the one on 4th. My friend and I waited forever on the one on 4th Austin MN to get waited on and there was no one else in the store. So we just left and went over to the one on Oakland Ave. We will never go to the other Subway ever!!!

Very very rude girls. Did not make my sandwich as Ordered so when I got home there was no meat on my sandwich. When I called back to let them know this The girl says you didn't ask for any meat and I said yes I did. I ordered a footlong turkey. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get the turkey. Then she had the audacity to charge me even more money from my sandwich. No apology nothing. Not even i'm sorry for the misunderstanding or the miscommunication. I'll never go back to that store again.

Ordered a foot long and only got a 6". When I called them to see if they would correct their mistake, the man who answered barely said two words to me over the phone before hanging up and refusing to help come up with a solution to this problem. When I tried to call back to ask if there was someone else I could speak to, no one picked up the phone and it began making a sort of dial tone. Pretty sure they blocked my number. Never had a bad experience before this, but they should really look into the people that they choose to hire.

Ordered online, came in and asked nicely if I could change the cheese on my order, and I was told my sandwich doesn't come with cheese (turkey califresh) and they only go by the items printed on a ticket. I showed him the picture description and options for the sandwich and instead of agreeing that it is unfortunate or that he understands why someone would find this unacceptable, he claimed there's a tiny disclaimer somewhere about what he didn't explain. He could have just changed the cheese, but instead got rude, and was upset that I showed frustration at not getting the sandwich my app showed, described, and that I paid for.

I called to let the store know that I paid for a sub and a salad but didn't receive the sandwich. The employee said I only had one salad today so it wasn't tonight. He said it wasn't his fault and I had to call back on Monday (it's friday). I asked him to write down my name and number to pass it on. He refused and said to call back. I asked why I needed to do his job for him. I told him I didn't appreciate his poor customer service. He told me I couldn't tell him his job. I asked why he was upset about a mistake he didn't do, that the complaint wasn't pointed at him. I just wanted to get it resolved I asked for his name and he refused, saying he'd let the manager know I was calling. He refused to take my information, wouldn't take my name and number. I asked his name again and he retorted what's yours so I gave him my name. He still refused to take the information. He said I cursed at him in the next breath which was false. I told him being upset at poor customer service and him not doing his job were not cursing. He hung up on me. I called back for the store number and he said I had to look it up online. He said I was cursing at him so I asked him WHAT curse word I used since I hadn't used any. He wouldn't answer that question, instead he told me he felt attacked. I repeated my request for the managers name. He said he was reaching out to the store manager right now, texting him and calling the regional manager. I again repeated my request. He wouldn't answer what curse would I said or let me know who the manager was or take my informaiton down. Just said, I feel attacked. I hung up. He represents this company. SAD. He wanted to be a victim about something unrelated to him but wore that victimization loud and proud.

Hello I went to subway wanting to meet that guy from tik tok and suck his willie. Little did I know he wasn't f****** there. So I had to order a sub and I ordered the tuna 6 inch THAT S*** WAS NOT TUNA It tasted like a f****** placenta and the bread was freaking stale. This s*** had tapeworms and somehow gave me Tourette's The doctors had to go in and take out my worms from this f****** bread and now I also shout the N word on random occasions #IHAVEA5DOLLARFOOTLONG
