There was food debris on the window sill next to us and the windows were filthy with something running in streaks down the window. Most of the tables were dirty. I grabbed a napkin and wiped down our table to sit down. I'm gluten sensitive and a gluten free crust option was not included in the Pizza Buffet at the Brainerd location. To have salad bar and order pizza would be more than $35. I've been to many Pizza Ranch locations that have no problem making me a gluten free crust...read full review

Floors were disgusting. Pizzas had been sitting on the buffet way too long.The reason for the review is I find it ridiculous I was asked for a tip while paying to eat in a dirty restaurant with old pizza.It was just a bunch of kids working no apparent leader. Nobody around to instruct the employees receiving my tip they should probably do something other than stand around.

Hard working employees! Fun arcade with cool games - Kids loved it! If they could hire more people to keep the place cleaner and arcade games working, that would be great. Staff who was there was great!
