The outside of the shop is very cool, and includes some picture opportunities. It would be a fun summer stop. You have to try Mabel's! The service was pretty standard. They offered to let me try a few flavors because I was having trouble deciding, which was nice. The waffle cones/cups made-in-house really made the ice cream feel like a special treat. The cone was warm, crisp with a slightly sweet flavor. I tried the pistachio and caramel ices cream- both were on the sweeter side....read full review
Quaint little ice cream shop in Bayport. Delicious ice cream with generous scoops. We sat on their outdoor porch, and for a moment, it felt like we were in a simpler time and place. Definitely worth the drive.
