I like getting coffee here because its more afforable then starbucks and caribou but their customer service is AWFUL! Every once in a great while I'll get someone who doesn't hate their job but they sure make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. I hope the workers change their tune I'd like to return but after this morning I'm having second thoughts.
They send out coupons for Baskin Robbins 2 pre package ice cream for 9.99. Then put a sale on them for the length of the coupon for 10.99 so you can't use the coupon. Thanks for that.

It's a good place here in Bemidji. Employees have been pretty mice and friendly, and the options of ice cream and donuts don't disappoint. Their hours are better than most other competitors. Only problem is the shop is small with few places to sit, and if there is a line it easily gets gridlocked inside.
