“Words of praise can’t do this establishment justice. I’ve been devouring delicious burgers 50 years plus. Whereas some burgers just aren’t worth eating this one was worth waiting 65 years for! These aren’t frozen hockey pucks kids. These are some local sourced beef, hand smashed patties. Tasty, juicy, cooked to perfection. The gooey Gouda enveloped the sautéed onions and mushrooms like a creamy blanket. Topped with a slab (yea slab) of local bacon atop a spongey pretzel roll. You know it’s a great burger when the last bite makes you a little sad. Burger Heaven. The fries and onion rings left me wanting more as well. Brigid’s has the ambiance of an authentic Irish Pub. I’ve hoisted a few pint on the Emerald Island. Lastly, the staff. Met the owner. Travis. Fine lad indeed. Runs a good joint. Family owns and operated for 14 years this.
