We ordered two sandwiches and got the wrong order. I called to tell the manager. His response was to drive back into town with the sandwiches so he could make us new ones. Poor customer service.

Good customer service doesn't replace hard stale bread, missing ingredients and skimping out on extras. Ordered a jimmy Cubano came with half of the ingredients, also asked for extra peppers and onion, received literally 3 slices of pepper cut in half and scattered as well as a pinch of onion on one end of the sandwich and none on the other, also chill on the mayo, no one needs more mayo than sandwich. My wives sandwich was rock hard and my mother in law resorted to scooping the insides out in to our own bread because yours was SOLID. Would post the video if this page allowed videos.**Customer service was amazing, the lady who took our order was friendly and professional**

I placed a mobile order for one wrap and one sandwich meal, I got there 5 minutes after I placed my order. I went inside and waited for my food, at the same time someone came in and placed an order for a meal and got it before me. I continued waiting for a total of 14 minutes, when they finally finished my order and gave it to me. Usually a great experience there, this time they were off the ball. I will be back.

Bread is too hard to eat and the tomatoes were hard and almost white. I must have got the end piece of an unripe tomato. I ordered the totally tuna unwich and they gave me bread instead.
$17.00+ for a sandwich with scraps of meat and veggies. Pathetic, won't see my money again.

So extremely slow. Multiple workers standing around inside trying to look busy, yet it's taking over 10 minutes to get 1 sandwich through the drive-thru window. Definitely NOT freaky fast.

Tried to order online and delivery service seems to be not running yet again randomly. Understandable if it’s due to shortage of employees, but inconvenient when you’re used to being able to order delivery.

Went to get an unwich because I can’t eat bread. Pulled up and was told that they were out of bread for the day (this was at 115 in the afternoon on a Saturday in which there was not a lot going on in Bemidji and it was a nice -4 degrees outside so one can imagine there wasn’t going to be much going on.) I thought, no problem as I don’t need anything with bread anyway. They proceeded to also explain that they could do sides and drinks but no sandwiches due to the bread. So I started to ask for an unwich and the girl laughed and then still laughing said they couldn’t do that either. Lucky for me, Erbert & Gerberts up the street can and I will never be back, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
