Today we came here for breakfast. As we entered, you smell that familiar McDonald’s smell with coffee and breakfast cooking. However, the floors were dirty, and we waited several minutes at the counter to order food and decided to order from the kiosk. After ordering our food, we sat down and realized our table was dirty, and then we looked at the other table needed some service as well. There was one section that had seating like a barstool and bar, but I didn’t seem very comfortable, but the table look clean because, not many sit there.I’m kind of disappointed that they no longer have a beverage counter where you can refill drinks because Lord knows if you can’t order how are you gonna get a drink refill waiting at the counter for someone to come? Well in the end, I suppose we used a few napkins and I got some water from the bathroom sink to clean off the table. Our food arrived. It tasted good and the coffee was good too.It cost today $8.72 each breakfast meal so that’s gone up $3.00 more.

The food was good but with the new staff still going through training, it wasn't fast. The place was nice and clean but nothing fun to look at. Which isn't a deal breaker for me since I'm there to eat not sight see.

Please advise your staff to actually ask us if we are ready to order instead of them just sitting there in silence. I patiently waited about 2 minutes or so before asking if anyone was there. The lady behind the speaker replied “iv been waiting for you to order this entire time” with a rude tone..

Tonight I waited 28 minutes in the lobby for 2 happy meals! 28 minutes!!! While everyone in the drive-thru got their food right away. No apology, no I'm sorry your food took long, no nothing. I could have gone to a actual restaurant and been served my food before McDonald's got me my food. Screw them, never again.

Got there at 8:10 the line was not too long in front of me but it took me 15 minutes to get to the order window, then another 5 minutes to get any service. after that another 15 minutes to pay and get food. while i waited i watched 3 workers moping and a manager just standing there watching a worker not helping her at all. when i finally received my food at 8:45 the fries were ice cold part of my order was not completed. over all i understand how it can get busy but this is not the first time ive waited 30 minutes for food. clearly management needs to step up and help out. ive never been so disappointed in a Mc.Donald's before. This makes me consider ever visiting again. i would rather go to the one on the other side of town. Do not go here if you are looking for good hot fast food. it was awful.
Ordered at 7:25 pm it is now 8:13 pm and still no food I get being busy but almost an hour for fast food is pushing it.

Ordered online without a problem. Went to get the food and was told they didn’t get the order. My phone showed my order was accepted and I received an email receipt. Showed the manager the receipt. She said it doesn’t matter, if we don’t get the order, we don’t get paid. I checked my bank account and the charge was already there. Called the manager and was told it makes no difference. I think that borders on fraud!

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and was told to wait a minute. Then they never acknowledged us again. Tried to place a curbside pickup order with no place to park. Went inside to try to get a refund, waited another 20 minutes before I gave up and left. Spent money on food I never got and couldn't even get it back.
