I have been to Ruzy's 3 times now, eaten there twice. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. I sat at the bar each time, the young man who bartends has completely ignored me each time, he prefers to visit with the customers he knows. There were only 12 people in the bar, including the golf simulators. I watched him walk by me at least 5 times before he stopped and asked what I wanted. Then again, my empty beer at there for quite a while before he bothered to ask if I wanted another. The food was ok, $15 for 8 smaller wings seemed steep. It took a long time for a slow night. The other two people across the bar from me struggled to get service too. We were the ONLY 3 people sitting at the bar. I feel that the bartender was new and could really use some customer service training. When the final bill came it did not match menu prices, looks like they add cc fees to each item if you pay with a card. After 3 times with bad service each time, I probably will find another bar to give my $$ to.

This place is fantastic. The bartender Sabrina is a ray of sunshine. Great place to eat & drink. Friendly staff. Couldn’t find a better bartender anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five for Sabrina!!!

The bartender Sabrina was so drunk she had no idea whose food went to who and could hardly make a drink. She also gave all her friends shots at least 3 each and took three herself while we were there. We asked for our tab and she was too drunk to even know how to pull up the tab had to ask the other girl Sarah who was working both seemed to be more interested in partying then doing there job. Terrible experience will not be back.

I love the food and service. The food is always good - usually get the Philly steak or a burger. Staff is very friendly. If looking at the online pics, there is no longer an outdoor patio.
