I ordered ahead of time thro the online app and still had to wait for an hour to receive my food. When I asked about my food, the service workers gave me attitude about it. I'd have a better time going to the Walmart subway.

I stopped in yesterday for a sandwich over lunch time. I was next up in line and the lady prepping the sandwich ahead of me wouldn't acknowledge my existence. While that's annoying, that was not the worst of it.Another lady had the slicer on auto slicing some meats, she had no gloves on and was taking slices out the the pile and eating them in front of the guests as a snack. That was enough for me to leave, this is a violation of health and safety standards.

i sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes asking multiple times if i was able to be helped only to be told i would be helped "shortly" which was anything but short. i ended up just driving away in the end because i had barely been given the time of day let alone had been helped. while i was waiting i consistently saw people who entered the restaurant after i had already been waiting in the drive thru leave with their food. this is unacceptable. it should be first come first serve otherwise the drive thru would never move during certain parts of the day. i highly suggest whoever owns/operates the subway with cherry berry to either hire more help/put more people on shifts so there's not just one person in the restaurant to handle both. or they train their current employees to tell customers that they've had someone waiting that needs to be helped first. i've worked in fast food for 6 years and i try to be understanding but there's absolutely no excuse for what happened.

Did not answer the drive thru every time that l have gone to this Subway. I even tried calling the restaurant and they didn't answer that either. Pathetic, really.

The worst Subway I've ever been to. Unless you come here in person, don't bother ordering. They are consistently missing ingredients on your sandwich unless you're in person, holding their hands. I can't say I've ever had a good experience with online ordering here. Management, owners, somebody! Get yourself together and take responsibility for this trainwreck.

Rude, horrible service. The people working at 11am, on 8-15, ignore customers and gossip with themselves. They skip your order if you order online.

The younger girl that's always working when I come in. She has a huge attitude ? no smile, she seems like I hates working there. Defiantly needs to be talked to about customer service.

So called drive thru 7pm sat at drive thru over 15 min with no help. Watched 4 people walk in after me and received service. For me none.! If your not going to use drive thru tell customers so they know. Do not just them hang. This is not my first time problem with your drivethru but it is my last because your store employees are rude / lazy /pathetic and that is why I will never ever step foot in that store or drive thru again in my lifetime. And yes I eat out sometimes 2 times a day so you do the math. Why have a drive thru and not use it? I can count over 15 people that say the exact same thing . They all (your employees) should be FIRED TODAY because they have no clue what customer service is and that is complete truth because they are dropping like flies from your establishment. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely awful. They can’t door dash so don’t try that! And when calling to explain what was wrong with my sandwiches the “manager” just said “ I’m sorry the people that work here are very young” “ We are also trying to train” if what I revived is how they train people then they should be shut down.

My aunt and I were in this subway and only one very young worker working the drive thru and the phone and the front in. She was physically running. It took a half hour in line and 15 minutes for checking out. We had a coupon for buy one get one. She was charged basically $17.18 for one sub. They never took the the coupon off. The Diet Coke dispenser was out, half of the items on the line were out, out of onions and meat. I felt bad for the girl. Poor management for only having one person there on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. I don’t believe I will ever be going back there. The girl at the chocolate factory was just sitting around. My aunt said the tomatoes tasted old as well.

Dude was quick...which we were grateful for. He seemed to be working by himself. The state of employment is terrible. No one wants to work. If I was younger, I'd be helping out the fast food restaurants. But I was impressed by this man, we told him we were proud and thankful that he showed up to work! He appreciated the comment!
