This place is hit or miss. The sandwiches are usually pretty good but the service is a mess. The guys that work there mess around so much they barely help the customers and they didn’t know how to apply a coupon. The women that work there get flustered when there’s more than one customer but at least they do their job.
The staff on tonight is sad. The woman is arguing with customers and they are moving slower than I can imagine. Ordered two subs for pickup at 5 and it's 540 and they haven't even started. I'd like to say it's because their busy but watching this show it seems they are just slow and grumpy. I'm patient but this service is so lacking.

Placed an order online for delivery through Subway website. After order was placed, it was then transferred to Doordash. The entire order was not delivered. When I contacted the location where the order was placed, I was informed that they make the sandwiches and doordash pulls the drinks and chips and I would need to contact Doordash. I did not order through the Doordash app or website. I ordered from subway. I feel this is an error on Subway and in no way is Doordash driver responsible. After pulling up policies for both Subway and Doordash, subway was in the wrong. Subway is to fully make the order and hand over to Doordash driver. I paid Subway to do a job not the driver.

Fairly easy to get into the parking lot across traffic from the main road. The business is shared with two others. So you can have ice cream and chocolate for dessert. Our server was very kind and funny. We enjoyed talking to her! We ordered a footlong and two people were sharing it so she was very patient as we ordered our individual toppings. The store at 4:00 in the afternoon was empty. So our service was very fast! The interior was clean.Vegetarian options: Make your own sandwiches so you can have what ever you want!!!!

They bounce between making sandwiches and helping people at the Cherry Berry. It can take up to an hour to have a few sandwiches made, which is really not great for a place like Subway.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian/vegan options are limited to a Veggie Delight sandwich or salad. They do not have any meat or dairy substitutes at this location, like they do at some other Subway locations.

DO NOT WORK FOR SHERYL HEGNA she is unprofessional rude she did not provide a place for me to pump for my baby which is mandated! she takes uncredited taxes out of your pay checks she messes with your hours so and docs them so you don't get paid what you should. she's behind on everything. all of the veggies are expired when they are put out to the table. the bread is usually moldy and hard. the back is never cleaned.
