I have been to more Taco Bell locations than I can count and this is by far the slowest I have ever seen. Sat in the drive thru for over an hour and it wasn’t cause they were busy. I watched multiple people walk in,order, eat, and leave while waiting in a non-moving line. Average of 10 minutes per car for fast food. A real Mexican restaurant would have been faster and fresher. Whoever is managing this location needs to go back to training. Also only location that doesn’t advertise how to provide feedback which given this experience I guess makes sense as they would probably be flooded with complaints.

Went through drive-thru sat in drive-thru for almost 45 minutes after I got to the speaker still set for another 10 to 15 minutes with nobody in front of me finally I just left

Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Best part is once you’re in line your trapped place is hot garbage.

The food here is not great and they have never gotten me my food in a timely manner. It will often take 30-40 minutes or more to get your food and they are frequently out of ingredients. Would not recommend stopping here for any reason.

I wrote one review to do a solid for an amazing server like four months ago. The Google machine wants me to rate my local Taco Bell. We all know what Taco Bell is and the food at my Taco Bell hits corporate standard, I am sure. I go here for Diet Pepsi "on tap," but I am known to also enjoy a simple crunchy taco to pair with my beverage. Cookie cutter restaurants are notable based on their staff. I only do drive thru, but I have only ever had exceedingly positive experiences with my Bemidji Taco Bell crew. Those Kings and Queens are out there at my TBell every day just killing it. Get after it and don't let the jerks get you down.

Workers didn't answer the drive-through for 20+ minutes. Very poor service. Will not be coming back to this location.
Actually rediculous to wait over half an hour for four tacos and two quesadillas when I can see that there's only four orders on their board. Wasted most of my lunch break. What a disappointment .
