This Burger King I don't really think that the people making the burgers understands the order or something. Our food was not the way that I ordered it and I repeated my order 3 time's very very disappointed with this place now. I call to tell them that the order was messed up and of course the phone is busy

Sat in the drive thru at the order speaker for 10 minutes and kept getting told to hang on. There was only 1 guest inside the restaurant. Finally got to order and they had the food ready when I pulled up to the window. The coke tasted like dirty lines and was watery, the onion rings were cold and the whopper looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

i went to bk to enjoy a nice whopper meal with cheese, the food was hot, fresh and juicy. the service was fast i only waited for my food like 40 seconds. The lobby was really clean and organized with no type of trash laying around. The employees were nice especially Jonathan who had funny jokes as i was waiting and knows how to make good conversation. id go back again when i can and would definitely expect the same results.

Asked for fresh fries at the drive-thru and was asked to pull up front after I paid for my order, waited a little bit and they came out with piping hot fries and piping hot food. Had horrible heartburn later but that was my fault for eating three spicy chicken sandwiches in 10 minutes

Worst burger king, I have EVER been to!!... and I travel the country A LOT! .... From the service or lack of service, you get to the dried meat pattys..... if you don't go at lunchtime on a week day, you'll be lucky to get anything Fresh!... I drive to the owatonna BK just to avoid the one 3 miles from my house.

Honestly the worst one yet!!! Ordered our food which included a bacon melt never received it and it shows it on our reciept. Called and all we got was sorry. Coming from someone in the industry WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! In 3 YEARS we come to this one about 3x a month while not anymore considering accourding to the manager we are “horrible customers and wrong”
