Missed items 3x and when we got home the food was still not right. Mgt. was there and walked away saying nothing. We will never go to this Burger King again. This is ridiculous. Especially after spending about $30.00 on food.

We stoppee here on the way to U Pull and omg! Love the customer service! Employees follow directions and i didn't have to repeat kr keep asking for more ketchups!

I don't go here too often but when I did and something happened to my order they had quickly made it up to me.
The regular hamburgers are a great deal if you're on a budget!

They constantly mess up my orders. Every time I go in, the employees barely speak English, and they have to get the manager who speaks English a little better. So I decided to order using the app so I didn't have to communicate, but they still screwed my order up.

UPDATE: JULY 30th. I NEVER received this $15 in app credit. I called to speak to a manager AT the restaurant. While waiting to speak to the manager, someone picked up the phone and just hung it up. SO, I wrote the restaurant a letter sending a copy of my receipt to the manager. Received NO RESPONSE! So, I have now contacted corporate ONCE AGAIN on July 24th! NOW I'm having to wait 7-10 days for a response. AFTER waiting the 7-10 days that corporate said I had to wait for the restaurant to get back to me (which THEY DID NOT) STILL have received NOTHING! NO REFUND, NO NOTHING!! I said I wanted a REFUND to begin with. NOW, I'm offered a REFUND possibly after the restaurant reaches out. THEY THEN RENIGGED ON THEIR OFFER OF A REFUND AFTER WAITING 7-10 DAYS!!! THIS is ridiculous!!!! It's been 2 MONTHS ALREADY!!!! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE JUST TO GET A FREAKIN REFUND FOR NON EDIBLE FOOD??? MY GOD!!!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: HORRIBLE FOOD/EXPERIENCE! On May 19, 2023 we ordered OVER $20 worth of food in the drive thru: a double hamburger - received a single; small fries - received none; 8 piece chicken nuggets - that actually seemed more like 8 paperweights that were none edible and had to be thrown away; plus a "COMMDR BACON BURGER" meal that was OVER $12! - the burger was so burnt it could only be thrown away, plus only received about 10 french fries for a"large" fry. ??When I brought this up online I was offered ONLY a $15 "online credit!" I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT!!! SO. in order to not have just thrown $20+ in the garbage, I had to make an online account so I'm not out ALL of my for this "meal!" RIDICULOUS!!PLUS They have NEVER seemed to have an Icee machine that is EVER operable! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! NO WONDER MOST OF THE BKs ARE CLOSING DOWN!!!! I, FOR ONE. WILL NEVER GO TO A BK AGAIN!!!! ????

A guy needs to go back to school to learn more English or something. He couldn't understand a white guy saying he needed a value drink. A lady had to come to the register to help the guy.
I went to dinner in a very quiet place. All my order was excellent, I recommend this place.
