Second time to Caribou as of recent and another terrible experience. Why are you closed when you say on your door you are open? No signs posted or anything? Too lazy or scared to deal with the weather? The rest of us working people are dealing with the weather. No excuse not to be opened during the hours you have posted. I get to give another 'fun' explanation for the wife after you screwed up her order the last time - now she gets no Caribou coffee. Maybe we need not ever come back for over priced coffee anyway.

I love Caribou but was disappointed this one wouldn't use my cup for my cappuccino. Not only does it help save the world but usually you get 10 cents off and all the other Starbucks, Caribou's and coffeeshops accept reusable cups. Oh and please buy a new toilet seat for the men's bathroom. Thanks.

Got my new favorite drink, but didn't realize until I was already out of thr parking lot that the lady totally made it wrong and she out gross mint topping on my turtle mocha nitro cold brew.....totally ruined it and waste of money. I couldn't turn around to go back in for a new one either as I had to get to work. Super disappointing.

I arrived to pick up a already ordered drink online. It was made incorrectly. At this time there was one person taking orders and making drinks.. while Two other ladies were taking out frozen sandwiches laughing and carrying on. As the lady behind the counter is getting more customers, she angrily remakes my drink. I pick it up the lid that she had not correctly put on.. due to rushing I'm sure.. comes off and spills all over me. I had to literally tell the other workers to help that lady and make drink again.. every single time we go to this location. . Which is 2 mins from my home.. it's wrong. It's just wrong and awful. Please try harder. ?
