Something in the food (hot turkey open sandwich) made my lips and mouth tingle. I tried the leftovers the next day and had the same effect. I have no idea what caused that.

Tried Carol’s for the first time. Definitely gives Perkins/dennys/diner vibes. Simple, but variety filled menu. Salads are delicious & the burgers are great too. Ended up getting dessert to go, and they also have MANY options. Service was phenomenal. Will be back 9/10 stars!

I have been going there since it opened. Great food, large portions & very kind staff. I invited some friends who hadn't been there before. They enjoyed it as well and brought home leftovers for their husband's ✌️
This wonderful little restaurant is everything you would want if you're Minnesotan Mom was running a restaurant just for you. All the classic comfort foods with amazing desserts. The amazing staff are warm and friendly and while efficient they were not running to get things done. Just moving about as if by design. I can hardly wait to visit again to have the Alfredo with some shrimp after already trying an amazing Flat Iron Steak.
