Horrible service. I have ordered from them many times. This particular time my pizza looked like it was drug behind a car. I called and told them. They said they would send a new pie. I waited for an hour and called back. They said we forgot to put in my order.

They left their online orders open on the website for the 4th which is very deceiving when all locations except Fridley are actually closed. They should have temporarily turned off online orders so they didn’t take people’s money all day.

Ordered here a number of times and typically ok - last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable. I am sure I could have called and got it replaced but didn’t want to drive 30 mins back and forth considering we waited 35 mins already.

I will never go back to this Chanticlear again. I was treated rudely by the owner when I asked about my missing check card from the night before. I asked if she could look for it and she said she didn't have time because she was busy making pizza's and she would look later. This was after I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. They had failed to give it back the night before and I failed to think about it. I left and canceled my card. Then the police called me and said she complained that I had stormed in and I was not to come back. I said that would not be a problem because I didn't intend to. 5 minutes later I got a call from the owner that she had found my card on the floor behind the counter. Enough said!

I am 100% not typically the type of person to complain, but I ordered a large hand tossed pizza and large chanti sticks tonight 12/16/22. The pizza was completely wrong; over cooked, half the slices had no cheese and the toppings weren't how I asked, my children wouldn't touch it so I called and apologized but asked them to remake it. No big deal they said, they said 45 minute delivery time which wasn't a problem at all, but when I got the second pizza, it was thin crust not hand tossed. Not the first time I've had problems here either, but this was the worst.

I kept on trying to order a pizza with a coupon. There’s no where to put the code number. So it kept wanting to charge the full priced one.

Have had pizza from here before. Decent. Ordered tonight for delivery. Asked for address and everything. I checked status and it said ready for pickup. I called them. Got sent to a manager who said they can charge me extra for a delivery fee. I told him “No, I already paid.” So he said the can cancel the order. I said to just please deliver the pizzas we paid for. He hung up on me. We did get the pizzas a bit latter but I will never order again.
