So they had a time where there was bugs in ther lettuce but I never saw it.I do like their sandwiches and order delivery a few times a month. Getting in the parking area from the west side sucks so drive to the south enter and exit there otherwise you might have to drive all the way around the back side. Clean bathrooms, sandwiches are stuffed full and plenty of seating when you dine in. The drive through is funky, not well thought out. I always ask to cut my sandwich in half and 99 times out of 100 they do on delivery.So not a bad experience, I do recommend Jimmy John's

I just love how easy it is to use the app and that the sandwiches actually fill you up, They are very good with delivering in a timely manner, Everytime I order they usually show up before the scheduled time, Jimmy John's also tastes way better than subway.

We were the only people in the drive through, no customers in the store. We watched the workers goof off and mess around with each other while we waited over 10 minutes for our sandwiches, all the while the staff acted like there wasn’t a job they should be doing. And then one of the sandwiches was made totally wrong! Typically a huge JJ fan, but wow. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! What happened to Freaky Fast??

It's sad when you want a sandwich made a little different the employees look at you with a blank stare. Vinegar on the bread please? Employee... I can't cross contaminate the mayonnaise. Me... Then grab a clean spatula. Employee...... blank response. Clueless.

Delivery takes soooo long. I’ve had to cancel deliveries due to it taking over an hour for delivery. And today I placed my order at 11:22am and it’s now 12:16pm and my order still hasn’t been delivered. It’s absolutely insane how long it takes for delivery.
