Clean and friendly. One of the better Noodles in the twin cities area. A lot of the other ones are afraid of flavor, clean, being polite, or a combination there of. This store is the opposite. Highly recommend THIS location.

This was my first time going to Noodles & Company and I would definitely go again. The whole menu looks really good, I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and they were great. I wish the portions were a bit larger but still worth the price.Also labeled vegetarian dishes and many dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian. They also have Impossible Panko chicken which I didn't try.(Image is after eating some)

Just got 2 Regular order bowls with meat here and both of them weren't even halfway full. If this is a regular, then what's a small? Where's the rest of my damn food?!?! Also, apparently lo mein to them is just spaghetti.

That was one of the most disgusting things I have ever eaten in my life. The haggard manager lady acted like we were a bother to serve and the cashier seemed like it was her first day. If this were not a chain, they would not stay open long.

Ewww.Husband and I ate here recently and he got a regular meal while I got gluten free. Both of us had noodles that were overcooked mush. Sent an email to Noodles about the poor quality and was offered a free gift card but it was so bad, we refused it. Wasted $25 there, so a refund would have been more appropriate.I found out that a few weeks prior, a friend had the same experience at this location. She also sent an email to Noodles and took the free gift card that was offered. She and her kids went back to give them another try, but she said the experience was exactly the same and she’s done.The name of the restaurant is “Noodles & Co.” They should probably figure our how to properly cook a noodle.

We showed up 15 minutes before they were to close. But they let us order our food and actually dine in there until they were done cleaning up which was very hospitable.
Food is generally dry and mediocre tasting. It's a surprise when it is good. If you order ahead, check your meal carefully. They often get orders incorrect. Today, we ordered again giving it a last try and it will be our last time. The chicken in the pesto cavatappi was rubbery. The pesto sauce was extremely scarce. This place has the audacity to have a tip set to automatically 15%. With the quality of food, that's a joke. I tip, and always regret it. Pay them more and I then don't feel like I've given extra for crap food. Not again. I do not recommend this Noodles location.

Haven’t been to Noodles in a few years but really bummed to see it’s gone downhill.Pros: The employees were nice, glad to see progress with gender neutral bathroomsCons: The place smells stale (not like freshly cooked food), food came out way too fast which tells me it wasn’t fresh, the food is served in plastic takeout bowls, portions are smaller than they used to be, the lettuce is pink, the booth seats are shredded, not a clean bev station, the caulk needs to be redone, and so on.They could use a renovation and new business practices. No wonder the only customers coming in were high school boys after sports.

This place is absolutely disgusting, found hair in our food, wanted a refund, wouldn’t give it to us, the night manager first of all is on who knows what kind of drugs, threatens kids after she asked for a refund and food made. HAIR IN HER FOOD, then says she’s going to jump over the counter and smack her, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE.
