Best pizza since we've been here. I was really shocked because I've never liked papa johns but everything was cooked perfectly and it tasted great too.

Order pizza ? was craving. Never had it in a year, create my own meduim pizza, half the pizza was good the rest not meaning the dough was tough not normal crust, cheese was not melted. I thought you get a garlic butter with your order but no they charge u.

I came to the Papa John’s to pick up a DoorDash order and ,what I assume is, the manager acted very irritated and upset. Which is understandable it was very busy and the kids are working with her were very slow. Seemed like she had to do everything herself which is understandable to be frustrated. However, she continued to hand me the wrong persons food and as I corrected her very nicely and apologized for the problem; yet she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me each time.I would tell her “name” and then she would hand me a different person’s food then proceeded to be irritated towards me for her mistake. Very unprofessional. Listen the first time.

Had a birthday party...lots of kids. I ordered hours ahead of time to ensure the party would stay on schedule. 5:45 came and went. 6pm came and went. I called & received an automated message 'sorry your order is running behind ". 6:15pm and I called to speak with a human and was told "it just got out of the oven". 6:30pm...called as the birthday party kids were really hungry. I was told he driver just picked it up. 6:45pm...pizza arrived lukewarm. Nope...not gonna do that again.

worst pizza I have had topping at least 1 1/2- 2 inches for the outer edge of the crust. paying more for the crust than the toppings. Will never order from then again.

So far they are yet to learn how to cut a pizza correctly or let a lone as requested ie I said "square cut" I got "pie cut" eveytime.....Then their is the fact they like to put on the not requested extra amounts of cheese making the pizza less than desirable/palatable

First time ever ordering Papa John's Pizza was last weekend and I ordered at the other location in Blaine that was the best pizza it was cheesy this one here I ordered at there was hardly any cheese and it was very saucy I'm very disappointed big difference between t this Papa John's location in the other location in Blaine I would recommend you order from The other place once again very disappointed for my pizza brought to sky zone makes me leery to order pizza from Papa John's now because they make them so different at different locations I thought I had found a new pizza place
I'm seriously trying with this place, but the lady working at this location is just not happy. I've tipped her, she never said anything..not thank you for going there...but she's kinda hateful.

I receive a box with no pizza in it and some bread sticks was missing. But I want to thank the manager for taking responsibility for his mistake and apologizing. So I received extra pizza, bread sticks and a liter pop.

This Christmas Eve, my boyfriend and I decided to order a couple pizzas and some wings. When we were ready to order we called around 7:00 and personally called the store to make sure they would still be open. Which if not we wouldnt mind making something our own, but wanted to treat ourselves to some pizza. When we called, a woman answered and took our order. She also got our debit card information and address for where the delivery would go to. She repeated our whole order back to us, confirmed our payment information and repeated our address. We also asked that the driver called us upon arrival due to the fact that we had not updated our phone number to ring in from the entry way like most apartments. She then asked for our phone number which we provided and she let us know it would be about 70-80 minutes. So about an hour and a half give or take. We waited for 2 in a half hours or more for our pizza and about the 2 hour mark we called the store and we were brought to an automated voice message stating they were closed. So we had no way to get ahold of anyone. Once we started to hit the 3 hour mark we assumed that the pizzas were not delivered since we had got no phone call and decided to make our own dinner at about 9:45-10:00. Now Christmas was the next day so we waited till the 26th the day after Christmas to go in and figure out what happened. They said we got a refund which we did recieve but there was no other answers given nor any other compensation for the inconvenience. What we did get was rude staff and a rude manager that was not very understanding to our complaint what so ever and when we asked for HRs number because of their lack of respect and rude behavior they denied us of the number and said they would be hanging up now. I have never dealt with anyone who makes a mistake and soley blames it on the customer because we ordered pizza on Christmas Eve. We asked when we called if they were open and if they were still delivering and she said yes. Dont take the order if youre going to take peoples money and not only not deliver their order but not even think to give a call or heads up letting us know we wouldnt be getting our pizzas. Just sad how disrespectful people can be for their own mistakes. Never going to waste my money here again and Ive seen other reviews and they are all the same. Rude, disrespectful employees and managers.
