I went to this location last week and I happened to pull up next to a subway worker in a white car. I was on the phone with my nephew and looked over and saw this subway worker snorting drug Paraphernalia and after some observation she eventually went BACK TO WORK!!! I Eventually went in to get a sandwich for me and my wife and she was there! Behind the counter working. I began to order and the other workers were very kind and polite but then I moved onto what we wanted for veggies and she was handling our sandwich wich was very concerning she was shaking and sweating and put way to much pepper on wich I did not cach until I got home and found out that the sandwich was not edible. I did not cach a name but she was A blonde female late 20s early 30sVery rude and very concerned that this store is letting this young woman work here I request action taken immediately!!. I really enjoyd the company of the other employees but I will NOT be returning to this store.

Ordered a single tuna sub in the drive thru - after waiting 30 min (stuck bc single lane) the extremely rude workers told me it would be another hour because they had online orders. I asked for the managers name and number and they refused, refused to give me their names, and then started making a sandwich for a walk in as they continued to fight with me that they were unable to make my order. I have never seen such poor customer service or rude employees. I'm a reasonable person and if they would have stated it would be another 5 minutes while they completed my order I would have been understanding of being short staffed. But instead they were more interested in taking out their frustrations on me and making orders that came in 30min+ later instead of mine OR the car behind me. I will not be returning! Embarrassing to have this location in the chain.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The young kids working last night should definitely not be in a customer service role. Not only was the store out of a few breads that we wanted, but the staff was rude and clearly had no idea how to make a sandwich let alone how to talk to customers. Girl asked us twice if we would like our sandwiches toasted, my boyfriend said yes, I said no. Girl started to grab the sheet to toast the sandwiches, dropped it on the floor then proceeded to pick it up to use it. When her coworker told her no to use the other one. The girl put both sandwiches on the tray to toast, I stopped and nicely said "honey, I told you I didn't want mine toasted." The girl looked at me and said "my bad, I forgot it's not that serious." I looked at her and said excuse me, girl kept on saying it wasn't a big deal that she made a mistake. I told her it is a big deal when she isn't paying attention and listening to the customer, and what is an even bigger deal is her attitude. At this point I've had it, turned to my boyfriend and told him we were leaving. The girl started waving and told us "bye". I turned around and asked for the manager only to find out the manager had stepped out. Girl kept waving goodbye and telling us this wasn't that big of a deal. Walking out the manager did stop me to talk asked for my name to get me a free sandwich next time. I declined, damage has been done and if they continue to employ kids that just don't care about good customer service they will start losing business.

We ordered three subs online to be picked up. Said it would only take about 20 minutes to make all three (two foot longs and a 6inch). When to pick it up, it hadn’t been started even though it was showing completed and ready to be picked up. The two girls who were working, said they wouldn’t figure out the toaster and proceeded to burn bacon in the toaster, and questioned each other why the toaster was smoking…. I mean? There was no manger on site that would have assisted with this either and we all wait for a manager to arrive. By the time the manager arrive, it was 20 minutes after my order *should* have been completed. After finally getting out subs 40 minutes after it was suppose to be done. One of the subs had one piece of bacon on it (foot long, BLT) with no spinach (we replaced the lettuce with spinach)..

The lady who was there today 1/21 at 1:30 was absolutely amazing we go out of our way to come too this subway just cause of how amazing she is!! Highly valuable employee!!

My son and I went this past Friday during peak evening rush and the women helping us was a delight. She kept her cool even though she had orders coming in the front, online, and drive thru. There was one other male employee that seemed less experienced, but that didn't bother the lady at all, as she also coached him while juggling everything else and had my son talking her ear off the entire time. Great work and a wonderful example of amazing service!!

The staff, environment and service were above and beyond. My friend and I were on a spiritual mission to help a gentleman who has no furniture and is starting his life over. When the manager heard what we were doing he was touched in his heart. So touched he gave us a discount we were not expecting. There is true pure love and respect at this establishment. I recommend anyone in the area that's hungry and wants a pure true smile and friendliness to stop in here and enjoy the peace and love serves with each sandwich ?. God is alive in this subway.. peace at you all here.
