The customer service standard has declined so much, not just here but everywhere. I was the only one here. As I waited for my food, the two people that I saw were talking. My food took over 10 min. I ordered a burrito only.... I had to ask for sauce, and I received NO napkins. It sucks cause it has always been a favorite place of mine. The app never works either.

I really like Taco John's, I eat here often. But today, the staff really stood out. I wish I would of gotten their names. They were in a great mood, just super friendly and I hope management can acknowledge them for going above and beyond with customer service. Whoever was working on 3/16 around 2:50/3pm, Great vibes!!

Food was alright, very expensive for tacos. Oles were great. No napkins from the restaurant, we just used the drive-through.

Waited at least 25 min to pick up an order that was placed ahead of time, and whenever I go through the drive through and wait then at least 1 thing is always messed up. Need better management and need to learn how to manage drive through considering that’s the only way they’re receiving customers as of now!

Sat in the drive through for over 30 mins with only one other car in line. I sat at the speaker for 10 mins before anyone took our order. I would have left but the way the drive through is set up you can’t leave once you are in it. There was one other car in front of me so I couldn’t leave that way either.

I like Taco John's but this visit was a disappointment. They messed up my order by shorting me a taco. I did get it after going back. My potato oles were not hot. It was around 2 pm and not that busy.

Online order was unavailable. Walked in and to counter. Stood and waited for 5 mins while 4-6 employees walked by me or noticed me. Not a one said anything or tried to help me. Door dasher walked in they greeted him and gave him his stuff. Back to the back of the store. Completely rude and unprofessional. Just a reminder how taco John’s operates. Taco Bell across the street was more than happy to help me.

The food was made very poorly and was semi warm. I dont know what happened to these guys but it wasn't good and they were not even busy. I dont know if I will ever go
I ate here last night. Woke up at 4am vommitting with diarrhea. Definitely food poisoning. Posting my experience to save your toilet bowl. I know we all want oles, it isn't worth it guys.

I ask for hot sauce and they fail to give me it everytime.Who eats this food without sauce? One guy takes my order and another guy hands me my bag of food. Terrible service! Who trains these kids?Plus, your drive thru speaker system doesn't work!
