Alyssa I was the rudest chick i have EVER dealt with in customer service. she screamed in our face, and slammed our drink down on the counter after i asked her to add it to our order. this place is ridiculous and all of the workers here need a huge reality check.i do not write reviews for places very often. but i knew it was bad when other customers came to me asking if this girl was rude to me as well, as they had the same experience.EDIT: Alyssa’s name was on the recipe so I guess we assumed that was her name. Either way, the girl with the black hair up in a ratty ponytail was super rude! Also if you were there and you actually allow your employees to conduct themselves this way, that's really sad.

The service at this location is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The young ladies that work here clearly have zero respect for customers. They are to busy trying to fight with people instead of doing their job. After looking at the management's response to other paying customers who have also had problems at this location, I guess I am not surprised. Very unprofessional. I plan on making a call to MOA to report this amd to corporate. Makes MOA look bad.

I had one of the most careless and disrespectful experiences I've ever experienced at this A&W. Alyssa I took my order, she was filled with attitude and gave my girlfriend such a hard time over a soda and cheese curds.. THEN another employee while waiting for our order to be done, sprayed the “covid shields” with disinfectant but not caring about how soaked she made everyone waiting for their food also.. VERY DISPLEASING

After eating some spicy wings, we decided a fast-food ice cream cone would be just the ticket for cooling off our taste buds. There was a short line at the food court A&W and it appeared the manager (?) may have been helping out at a register to keep the orders flowing. The service was super speedy and when I paid, it appeared he purposefully clicked past the tip page. Ohhhh, and that A&W ice cream was soooo creamy and delicious! Plus it was a nice size serving for ~ $2.75 each.

The establishment was super busy and we had a hard time getting our meal straight, we talked the manager Jaime, and he made sure our meal was perfect and even gave us coupons for the inconvenience! We super appreciate you Jaime! You turned our whole day around! Jaime needs a raise for amazing customer service and management skills!

Wow! Our meals were delicious! We haven't visited an A&W in quite some time and were not disappointed. I ordered the mushroom and onion burger and it was so, so good! I also got the loaded fries, which were also really good! My husband got a bacon cheese burger and was also really pleased with his meal.

terrible customer service. ordered a corn dog and they gave me a Chili Cheese Dog. even when I went back the lady that I ordered my food from seemed confused anout the whole situation. she had said that I had ordered a hot dog with chili and cheese when I had very clearly said a Corn Dog. the gentleman that brought out the wrong order went back to the kitchen, made me a corn dog and seemed pretty irritated about me not getting my right order. most people in this situation would have screamed and thrown items everywhere in which I was fairly calm. even when I got my food it tasted worse than a hot dog from a gas station. kind of tasted like cardboard. don’t eat here even if people say its good.

I usually love this location. I work at the mall so they started to recognize me a bit there and the workers were always so nice to me, until recently. Someone I havent seen there before (whether they were new or just always in the kitchen they were a new face to me) who was handing out the orders and while waiting for mine he unprovokingly said, "take of your mask" to me. I was kind of taken aback so I didnt say anything but it made me so uncomfortable. It was so unprofessional and rude. I was going to complain to the other workers directly but I was so uncomfortable and it was busy and didn't want to bother them. Since I work at the mall too I understand the stress and how busy it gets but there was no reason to say that to me. I wont be eating there for a while because of it.
