They were pretty busy even for 5pm on Saturday. Our party of 6 was greeted promptly & seated after a 5 minute wait. We waited a little bit for our food but not unreasonable. Our server kept our drinks topped off.

Everything about this place is so great my boyfriend and I had stopped in here and had a great time. The staff was friendly and timing was great. The floors tables and the restrooms were clean and very neatly organized. The lighting was low perfectly and the chatter amongst people along with the music was perfectly volume. I would say if you and your spouse is indecisive on where to go Applebees at this location is a must try.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair friendly as so the tables are. The restroom has plenty of room as well.

They lied and said no rail alchohol or short glasses. Waited almost 20 minutes for one mixed drink and a beer. Wife's food was brought out and mine was 25 minutes layer. Tired of the excuses about not having enough servers. There were 4 with the bartender. Not many customers when they just opened.

House salad great...The shrimp/chicken with mashed potatoes not very good (server said it was his favorite)The shrimp was way over cooked and the whole thing was over spiced and too salty. Potatoes were good.

We had a group of 18. All food that was ordered was right on. Amazing how fast the food was served to the table. Our waitress Julia did a great job !!! Very friendly and kept checking back with us to see if anytime was needed.

Edit: We've been to this store a number of times over the past years. It is virtually always good. The food, service, and everything else are just as expected. It's Applebee's. However we were there this evening and then service was TERRIBLE. The food was good and they weren't busy at all. Our waiter seemed to retire to the back for ten minutes at a time. He didn't pre-bus, and he was never around when we needed things. The food all came out at different times (though the late food was left under a heat lamp too long so it wasn't the kitchen). Just one of the most inattentive waiters ever. AND, he wasn't running any of his own food... what was he doing exactly?That isn't the normal experience though. We will go back.Original review:Applebee's is like McDonald's. It's always the same or at least it should be. I usually get the brunch burger and some boneless wings as an appetizer. It was the same as always, which is a good thing. The service was good too. Not much to complain about.

Horrible customer service and over cooked clumped pasta. The food quality at this location has declined horribly, and is no longer compensating for the horrible customer service by some employees there. On 12/15/2023 around 1130pm I went there to pick up food ordered under my wife's name. I stood at the bar waiting to pick my food for about ten minutes; I can tell the lady at the bar sees me but just ignoring me. There was very few people in the whole restaurant tops about 10 - 12 people already sitting. So after several minutes of standing there I asked the lady working at the bar; I am here to pick up for kristine. She now say in a rude tone " I will be with you I am in the process with someone". Then minutes later another employee walks by and ask have you been helped; I said no am here to pick up for kristine. He said he will go get it, after a while he walks towards me with the food, and starts yelling food for Kristine and laughing about it. Mind you I am a grown black man with beard on my face and never told him my name was Kristine. I told him from the start ; I am picking up for kristine and he knew that. Employees need to stop the childish disrespectful behaviors. The behavior and the food was so disgusting.
