The mini dog bites, lemonade, ans normal pretzels are good. Pizza bites need a bit more flavor, dry. Friendly staff.

Customer service was friendly and fast. Pretzel bites were so-so. They were definitely fresh just void of flavor. I ate half of them and threw the rest away. My sister had the pepperoni bites and those were so much better. I wish I would have gotten those instead.

This review is for their 3rd floor location. Major hygiene issues here on Sunday, watched the cashier place my pretzel on the cash register I bagged, told her I wasn’t comfortable and wanted a new one, she put the other one back in the case. Gross and her attitude was so sour

I had never had an Auntie Anne pretzel before. I was underwhelmed. The pretzel itself was okay, but the cheese sauce tasted even more artificial then I had anticipated.

National auntie day free pretzel. "When you download the app or show proof of the app on your phone". The workers need to read that carefully. I showed them it was downloading, not enough. I opened the app, not enough. They wanted me to register and show them some code. I told them that's not what it says on the paper ad that you have taped on the window. There is no small print either. They harass me to register and to prove their point, I try to and show them. All green boxes but cant proceed forward. Either learn to think at full capacity or not at all and follow the rules to a Tee. You work the register.. you're not IT that does programming for apps and discount codes, not marketing where things have to be worded properly. Dont guess and assume how your company is gonna run things.

Pretty sure they just gave me a different frost flavor than what I ordered because it's closer to red than the yellow in the picture for the mango one. Why would someone only say mango if they didn't only mean mango? Person taking my order questioned if I meant mango or a different flavor. Barely any pretzels ready, went somewhere else for what I wanted because I didn't like how they spoke to me enough to wait for fresh ones.

8 workers only one helping ring. The line took around 7 min with only two people ahead of me. I paid almost $10 for one regular pretzel and 2 cheese cups. They only gave me one cup of cheese (which was absolutely disgusting) but charged me for two. Each costing $1.79 ?♀️ won’t go back again. Even the pretzel was trash.. Worth $2 tops
I brought 25 with product but a few days later I get another charge saying my payment has been updated to 50 double the amount someone had to have done something there to my card

Horrible place we ordered our food and only had one person after us we where told to wait on the side till our food was done and was never offered a receipt after watching them hand food to the people behind us we asked for our food and was told if we didn’t have a receipt then oh well and was never given the food we paid for. Total joke of a food place if you can’t afford your store just say that.

I have not been here. In a long time but I had a taste for Cinnamon pretzel. When I got at home I couldn't believe how my pretzel was made. It didn't even look like a pretzel. I was so upset. I tried to call no one answer. I am not satisfied,?.
