When the treats are fresh, they're delicious and worth every penny. The problem is, you don't know when things were made until you go to eat them. We stop here every time we're at the mall and on more than one occasion we were given bars that were on their 6th day. Even if you planned on eating it the same day you bought it, it's already stale by that point. Make less more often and allow people to enjoy the bars 1 or 2 days later at home. Cookies don't taste like they're made daily or even every other day but again, when you're lucky enough to get fresh product, it's so good! Just be aware of the gamble and don't assume everything is fresh like I did.

The woman working gave attentive service and good recommendations. Fun variety of flavors. The goat cheese & jam (yes I know but try it) and the creme brulee were both awesome.

I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. Awesome service and awesome cookie cake.The cake is kinda punny, but then so is the sense of humor who it was for.Great job Baking Betty's

We attempted to get some cookies, but the older woman working there was talking on her phone and couldn’t be bothered to serve the waiting customers. Whoever this woman is who was working at 4pm on Friday November 10, she should not be working in a retail or customer service job.
