A few tables along the ledge for a very narrow shop that's been at MOA for many years. First, a digression. A few years before my Yelp career I was sitting and sipping as three men in expensive suits came over smiling. What? CIA tracked me? Are they going to ask me to join them for drinks in their hotel? Proselytize me? Nah they had name tags with the Caribou symbol introduced themselves as visitors from corporate and they'd like to ask me about my coffee experiences and everything I could tell them about my impression of the new burgeoning coffee bar business. For my ten minutes they gave me a generous coupon. This place moves the lines fast and with no dark roast available (it was only 1100 a.m.) I settled for the medium. There was an employee speaking so loudly, not in anger, just a loud person with a shrill laugh, the barista couldn't even hear me give my rewards number. Now I could sit and watch the people traffic on the quiet third level, a few shoppers, some power walkers but no interviewers.

Thank you Melanie for such fantastic service! Our campfire mochas are delicious. My daughter got the cold one and I the hot. We also got an ice water and a roasted tomato and pesto flatbread. The flatbread was really hot so beware.

Really nasty unpleasant experience.I placed an order through the app only to get told that they didn't have the sandwich I wanted so I asked for a replacement. After waiting ten minutes I was told they didn't have any of that sandwich either so I requested a refund but was told they couldn't give me one or they'd come up short, so I asked for a manager, I was told I couldn't see a manager and would need to go to corporate in order to get a refund. Even this I was fine with so I asked if they had a number or email I could reach out to, I was told that the manager refused to give out corporate contact information and that I would have to find it on my own.Overall the manager and team failed on every level at the most basic requirements. Having worked in service for decades I don't ask for much but this was a complete failure

My vanilla iced latte was pretty good. Relatively friendly staff. A small wait time but no big deal. My daughter enjoyed her pumpkin cake pop!
As someone who prefers the coffee at Caribou to the other major chain at Mall of America, I was happy to see Caribou represented here! Apparently I'm not the only Caribou fan, as the place was pretty crowed, but our drinks were prepared quickly and efficiently.

Snotty, unaccountable barista!! They made errors two days in a row (first day, I let it go, the second time, I wanted what I had actually ordered) and they were unwilling to correct their errors or even so much as apologize for their mistakes! Awful customer service, go elsewhere!

I walked into this establishment and was beyond disgusted by what I experienced. First off the floor was a lubricated mess. The lady in front of me slipped with her baby. What a place. I get my order taken and the barista doesn't even know the drink we ordered and did not know what the reward system was of the place she works at. Talk about unbelievable. Then the barista proceeded to tell me that the drinks I ordered were sold out even after I payed. So, I gave him two alternatives and he comes back a second time to tell me THEY WERE OUT OF THAT FLAVOR TOO. Who am I if not a reasonable person. Then the drinks come and they were not up to expectations even after all of the turmoil I had to go through to get them. Keep in mind the barista looked like a child with a bad haircut. I walked away knowing I will never return to this heinous place.
