100/10, the cheesecake was fantastic and well as the carrot cake. I would 100% come back next year, since I go there every once a year. Definitely going back there, the first thing I will be doing once I am there.

My wife has to come here every time we come to mall of America. She absolutely loves the cannolis and lobster tails. She has a very refined palette and is very big in desserts and she says the pastries here are the best she has ever had.

Ijole, they are good but not impressive, in Mexico City: La Ideal, Lecaroz, La Esperanza and maybe even El Globo, and Tere Cazola in the Yucatecan peninsula, would give this bakery a lot of competition by a long shot. And in these parts “Tous les Jours” in Richfield, although it doesn't have much variety, what it does have is delicious ?????????️ English.

Wife and I went for the day to the Mali. We stopped hoping to get a sweet treat. Wife ordered the sugar cookie I got chocolate chip and m&m cookie. Wife's ok, but mine were dry and bland. I heard that some people had the same results but try things for myself. It wasn't anything I expected. Very disappointed.

I ordered their large rainbow birthday cake. While it looked pretty, it sliced poorly because it was so extremely dry. The kids complained about how dry it was. That’s how bad it was. It was sandy and gritty. I would not recommend spending $99 on a cake here.

Fun stop they had a deal to get a free cookie with a $24 purchase I'm a sucker for deals so naturally had to add a cannoli and lobster tail! I rarely see rainbow cookies in mn so was excited to find them here at the mall! The girl working was friendly and helpful with the choices. Nice quiet night at the bakery

I feel like this location seems to get an bad rap. Though I'm the kind of person that doesn't expect exactly the same as the original location at a different location. We went on a weekday and had a number of options and little to no wait. Service was friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. If you are worried about pre-packaged or shipped in ask before you order which items are fresh or shipped in from their original locations. We got a few different things and the stand out was the cannoli's that we tried! Everything else was mainly ok, but I would get the cannoli from there again! I'm glad that they had this location because I doubt I would get the chance to visit their OG location that was featured on the show.

This place has disappointed me twice! They state that they have strawberry shortcakes on the menu, I place an order for it and I have the employee an hour later calling me telling me they do not have it. They do not refund money and was force to get a cake that was okay (too sweet for my taste). I say force because I did not want to lose my money. I also order chocolate covered strawberries and they were sour. I spent a good amount of money, but will never do that again. Please, save your money if you are trying to order online and if you go in person make sure to check your pastries for hair, because daughter order some cake slices about 6 months ago and it had hair. She noticed until she got home and was too late to call and my daughter was too nice to complain. This place is expensive, so please, save your money and make sure to get what you pay for.

Went there on Saturday to try the famous lobster tail. I thought about it all weekend because it was so good! I went back today to get a box of lobster tails, crumb cake, and a rainbow sugar cookie. It was all delicious!

2 of the staff are inept at this location. We drove in from out of state and saw that a Carlos’ bakery was here and decided to try these famous bakery treats. After getting our food we went and sat down to eat. After taking 2 bites my son found a hair baked into his cheesecake cupcake and after spending a good amount of money we decided to take it back for another. The male staff member was dismissive and rude to my son, then my elderly mother and then me. My husband then tried to find out why he was being so rude and insulting over a cupcake. He too was treated so poorly even though he spoke with calm. We walked away disappointed and feeling challenged by a young, aggressive worker who should not be working in customer service. We called their main office and they were very apologetic and said they would follow up with the store manager. It appears this location has a poor reputation even at headquarters.

Been meaning to stop by, finally got a chance to but kind of went late in the day. I don’t know if they do make their desserts in house, I’ve heard that they don’t. But I do want to ask the next time I’m in. I’m not much of a sweets person, and their stuff looked so overly sweet. But to my surprise the lobster tail and cheesecake were the best I’ve had. Even though it wasn’t the freshest, you can tell they definitely know how to bake. The flavors were very balanced. I don’t usually like a lot of filling but it was great. I just wished that with the cheesecake, it had crumbs. Can’t wait to stop in again, and try more pastries. Hopefully earlier in the day.
