Ordered the dragonfruit green tea. Ordered 25% sweet but when I got it, it was more like 125% sweet. Had to get the employee to change my drink to a bigger cup and fill up with a lot of water to dilute it. Other than that, pretty mediocre place. Didn't think anything too much of it. Good enough if you're in the mall

this tea is disgusting. I ordered a strawberry milk tea and they handed me a brown drink which was the first red flag. it should be pink. and it did not taste right at all. took 2 sips and threw it away

Another boba tea place in MOA (they have a couple spots at the mall). Good quality boba. Ordered tiger latte (brown sugar with boba). Nice spot to unwind and relax after a long stroll at the mall.

They served frozen desert, couldn't even put a fork in. Asked for sugar for coffee, they said that they don't have. The person at the register didn't know how to put an order in and take the money properly. I advise you to close your door and move.

Rude customer service. I was waiting for my drink and’s didn’t great for 20 minutes. It was a lot of people, so I thought they were just busy. I went up and asked if they had called out my drink yet and one of the teenagers behind the counter rudely said “we’ve been calling your drink for a long time. You should have answered!” Never heard my name and why are you so angry at me? Just odd and incredibly disrespectful. Need to better train your workers. And they drink was subpar

This is the second location I've been to for Niko Niko (fka Chatime) and I have not been let down. Employees are usually young and customer service is so-so but nothing to deter me from going again. They have so many options and variations! Always tasty and large portion sizes for not a bad price, with coupons and a rewards system to! Now every time I go to the MOA or Rosedale, I need to get me some bubble tea.
