Im an ex employee, completely unsuprised by the plethora of negative reviews, which in all honesty, i looked at because i was bored and i KNEW i would be entertained by the flood of horrible experiences. During my few months of employment i had to endure the most incompetent, uncooperative and moody coworkers, run by a series of even more incompetent managers. They would all get fired or quit because of stealing, assault, blatant bigotry or a straight up inability to manage. I ended up quitting and taking a pay decrease because working there was not only torture, but the quality of service was just embarrassing to be assosiated with. Upper management needs to pull it together, but at this rate lord knows they wont.

The ladies who helped us were so kind and funny. Thank you for knowing how to treat people when they come into their place of employment.
Workers seem to be trying to antagonize customers deliberateoy, talking over them, shouting at them in the drivethrough line. People are super nice to them and they seem to be being as obnoxious as possible deliberately.
Went before 10pm and wasn't able to order food. The manager stated she closed the kitchen early.

I went to this location the evening of 12/11/23 at 9:40 PM and was very rudely informed by the "manager" Jeanette that she had made the decision to close the kitchen early and would no longer be serving customers for the evening and then refused to give me any further information of who I could contact to file a formal complaint against her and that she does not have a boss and does not know who owns/runs this establishment.... will not be going back until Jeanette is no longer employed there absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered 2 large blizzards, got one 3/4 full but made correctly and was good. The other one was full of soupy goop no toppings noticable in it. The person who made it put it on the counter and walked away. No explanation, nada. Everyone I work with warned me about this DQ, now I know why.
