Not to cast aspersions, on Erbert and Gerberts But their subs are underwhelming. It's better sub places out there, I was hyped about trying this place last year because my friends and other acquaintances said that this is a "good" sub spot. but when I actually bought my meal and ate it, I was just underwhelmed, The service was not too good. The cashiers they had around that time were just not it.. And they don't have enough options for me .. maybe I came on a bad day but not a good experience at the (Bloomington,MN) location

i work in the area and usually want a sandwich for lunch. I had been going to another sandwich shop near bye but the staff were constantly hitting on me and asking for my number making it an obviously unpleasant lunch break. Decided to try Erberts & Gerberts, the staff WERE SO NICE! a young man and a young woman both just so kind and very professional. made my day :) will now definitely be my first lunch break choice

I'd say it's good but the guy didn't put any ham on my sandwich only a lot of mayo and just a lot of lettuce and yeah I mean they were friendly tho

The staff at Erbert's and Gerbert's deserves a special mention for their friendly and efficient service. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, adding a personal touch to my dining experience.

Their food is great, but they often don't have enough mac & cheese left after the dinner rush and will occasionally refuse to make more, even when you're buying in bulk.
The sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and made promptly. Also great service!

Been here a few times lately with a co worker. All the employees are so nice and completely helpful. However, we sat inside the place to eat today and the manager was so rude to all the employees. He belittled them, talked down on them and held a WHOLE $25 bonus above their head. They deserve better.

I was so bummed that they removed the Quatro from their menu at their location. My sandwich was dripping with sauce, it was gross. I keep coming back to Erberts & Gerberts because of your gluten free bread but it seems like this location was struggling this day.

5 stars is for the one person holding it down today. Food was good despite all the pressure. To the store at large... give the employees that have to work alone pay raises bc seriously.... and ultimately fix the issues that made the store not fully staffed in the first place. The fact that it was good is a testament to your employees, not that the pressure of working alone is sustainable ?
