Food was terrible, feels like you are eating straight out of a wet market. The servers were rude and didn’t show any hospitality.

Just wanted to jump on here and leave a review after having a good experience. I have lived in Bloomington for 6 years and have eatin at this place a handful of times and not been overly excited about the food. I’m not sure if I had been ordering the wrong stuff but tonight I randomly stopped in again for dinner and was very shocked at how delicious our dinner was. We had Apps: Spicy Dumplings, Hot and Sour soup, Wonton Soup. Entrees: Mongolian Beef, and Orange Chicken. The spicy dumplings seemed authentic and incredible, and both of the entrees tasted very fresh and delicious. Washed it all down with some jasmine tea. I’m not sure if they have new cooks or what but the food was very good tonight.

The food was great, but the people that work there act like they don’t want you to be there.

This place is legit and probably the best Chinese food in MN, great service, the servings are sharing size and the prices are well worth the trip to Bloomington.

I've enjoyed and recommended this place for years. Brought coworkers here today and the server screwed up my order, then it was the wrong meat, then I was charged for the dishes that were wrong and I didn't eat - the server brought them back to the kitchen. One coworker, Tim, ordered a meal for his wife and the restaurant owners son (Dan?) was angry when Tim asked for a cup of rice to go with it. The menu indicates rice is included. We apologized on the way out to Dan. He just gave us an angry stare, so we walked out in disbelief. It was unquestionably one of my favorite restaurants until today.

Stir-fry frog leg, the entire thing has only 3 pieces of meat.

Seems like the bad reviews aren't organic. This place is the best in town for authentic Szechuan/ Asian dishes. Go in and decide for yourself. We order often and they are very consistent in providing the flavor! The Kung Pao pork is amazing. Dan dan noodles are crazy good. Sliced pork belly. Damn good place!

Great food, good service. Best Chinese food in the twin cities. Has a large variety of the standard dishes you would expect and some other great more traditional dishes. I've had orange chicken/duck which is excellent and would appeal to people desiring more "American" Chinese food. And more specialty dishes like Ma Po Tofu. I highly recommend the orange duck, or kung pao beef mild on the spice and extra peanuts. Or any of the fried rice dishes. They are all simply amazing. I'd encourage visitors to order anything that looks interesting.

Food was fine. Service wasn't good. They added a $5 surcharge which is about 10% of the total without informing us to begin with. Told us later it was for CC payment. I added a tip of $2 in addition. So these total to be about 14% of total bill before tax which is what I normally tip at restaurants. They decided to upcharge my card without my acknowledge and I only found out when the charge was finalized on my card - They added another $6 on top of the $7 initially. This is not acceptable and disputing the charge with the bank now.

It doesn't seem to matter if I order in person or over the phone. They consistently get my order wrong every time. They make excuses about how it's my fault when i've clearly stated the exact thing on the menu.I get that I'm white but that doesn't make me stupid.I orfer the same thing every time.

Was not very impressed during the latest visit here. You could tell they were accepting every single reservation regardless of their actual capacity. When we got there, they did not have tables ready and tried to separate the group all over the restaurant, despite us having the exact count and time. And you could see other groups behind us running into the same problem. They also tack a 4% credit card processing fee on (with the mandatory tip) to try make you give them cash. And through the whole thing the people running the restaurant acted like they could care less what you thought.
