Sat there for almost eight minutes waiting for questions to be answered about drinks and the pay here machine since I pay with cash. All the employees just sat there and watched me and never attempted to help me when trying to get their attention. Was not their day with customer service and I'll never spend another day in there again.

Jon Mark》》 someone give this man a raise !!!! Seriously the best manager ever ? ? ? omg amazing customer service in all departments. So respectful and understanding and such a great team leader. A coworker was confused and he even spoke in Spanish to help her understand the confusion after helping us & once in advance told us he would help us in a while to help his coworkere with line with efficiency and pace. Someone PLEASE give this man a raise ?!!!! I don't usually give reviews but jon-michael has proved to be above and beyond MULTIPLE times+I come here often! I would give six or ten stars if I could. Honestly what you want to see in anyone managing or having authority I am Honestly in shock and amazed he deserves the best even better !!♡♡

I currently work here, and have nothing but good things to say about the place. My boss is kind, understanding, down to Earth. All my coworkers are friendly, welcoming, hardworking. Even though it's a 45 minutes commute for me, everything else about the job is so sweet, I don't really mind the commute. Stop by anytime!
Staff NEVER answers the phone!You call… it rings & rings.You walk in…no customers & they’re sitting on their phones.Absolutely ridiculous!

I am very displeased with this location. The kind young man manager said their internet had been out for 4 days and he had no way to credit my purchases. I said how am I paying with a credit card. He shrugged. It's not really his purview. I got a large orange smoothie here but I guess never got credit for it in the app. Oh well.
No place for me; age 75 (few days from 76) I Was told Corporate ordered chairs removed. Even the staff had no chairs. When asked the reason: staff said to me; Chairs have been used as weapons and I scoffed. Kitchen items are a threat in disagreement /knives, pots, pans . At my age w/ physical limitations, I would take my cane to help defend a person outnumbered by 5-6 others. That poorly thought out decision was a rush to poor judgement. Recommendations: anchor or bolt stools or chairs as MOA has seating in & outside that is unmovable. Elderly, disabled need to sit, not walk around w/a waffle bowl of food and tall bottle of Smart Water. Ridiculous decision. Last option, locate your store in 1 of 2 food courts w/seating options. Enjoyed my waffle bowl w/ fresh fruit. I rented a scooter and rode it up in the elevator and sat in your store to eat bcz the section of the mall had no hall seating!I was amused, then I thought of the irony of not taking away USA beloved guns that have slaughtered multitudes of innocent children and the SHOUTS : Don’t Take Our Guns Away! Disturbed by foolish Corporate decision makers over 1 incident!! I know the reputation of the Mall has been damaged by foolish young misguided teens fighting, stealing, loud profane speech, but I enquired about your clientele and it was stated that your place not frequented by the rowdy types! RETHINK YOUR STRATEGY!

We've missed having a Jamba close to where we live. So much so this is the once food/drink related places we went too both days at MOA. We love Jamba because what we normally order doesn't taste like powder like a number of the other chains that serve similar style drinks. Drinks were all really good! We got various peach, orange and strawberry drinks between the 4 of us when we stopped by. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. My oldest kiddo on our last day got their drink mixed up ... Strawberry Surf instead of Whirl ... and the staff took care of the drink for them. When we make it back up here we will for sure be getting more Jamba!!
