We paid $45 dollars for two burgers and fries! The lady couldn’t hear me because the music is so loud and we thought we ordered chicken fingers as well with fries and thought the bill sounded decent for $45. Nope!! As stated in other posts the burgers aren’t anything special, just a fried seasoned less burger. Go to any other place and pay for over priced food the is actually good.

I order a burger chili fries and a chilli dog from here.In total it was almost 40 dollars, which is pretty steep considering the qualityThe biggest disappointment was the surprising taste of Hormel chili rather than a homemade diner style chili, considering the almost 8 dollar hotdog it was disappointing, the redeeming quality of the order was the shake and burger which were both very enjoyable compared to the other items.In total there are some good items on the menu for less than reasonable price for items I could make at home....

I loved it here! The staff were amazing, so respectful, and funny. I really appreciated them. The food was great here as well. I plan on coming back to eat here next time I’m at the mall because I had such a positive experience.

Sorry we even tried this restaurant!!!! We were looking for something different for lunch while at the MOA. We were greeted by the pushy cashier before we sat down at the counter. When the waitress finally made her way over to us we got to see several older hickeys all over her neck before she took our order. She was not friendly and looked as if it were a bother for her to be there. We ordered drinks and food. When our fries came out we still didn’t have our drinks. I asked the waitress if the drinks came out with the food to which she asked if we wanted them now which we did. Then they were out of the chicken sandwiches, but “could borrow one from another restaurant.” No, thanks!! Chicken tenders were offered as another option, but I turned that down. The fries tasted old and stale. To top it off…before we left one of the workers dropped paper plates all over the floor and….only threw some of them in the garbage. So, people were now going to eat off plates that had fallen on the floor! How appealing is that? ?What a terrible first time experience and we will never be returning nor will my $20 for fries, my daughter’s chicken tenders and my drink ?. Terrible service, overpriced, and dirty plates! No thank you!

It’s sad how bad this has become. Bun was dry, tea tasted like water and tater tots were way over priced. $5 for a small bowl of “shareable” tots burger was just ok. Cheese steak sandwich was only 3/4 full. Way overpriced for what you get here.

Save your money!Don't waste it hereThe burgers were like any other burger joint. There is nothing special about these burgers.Over-priced!The disappointment was the cheese fries. The fries were not hot enough for the cheese to fully melt, and they were not crispy. Cold fries. The root beer did not taste like a root beer, the syrup was probably scaled down.I had to buy some onion rings to replace the cheese fries.Best thing was the onion rings.Other store mall employees told me that the burger joint was great before, but then things when down hill.Eat here if you want to throw your money.Total cost for this lunch meal: $44.00Five Guys price for 2star experience.The staff was not patient for me to place my order, I was looking at the photos, and she kept rushing me.Not customer oriented.Rude. The food was acceptable enough. Nothing spectacular. I could have cooked a burger at home that tasted just as good, if not better. I think my friend's shake was the best part of the food. You need to buy the sandwiches/burgers and the sides all separately. No offense but those $10-13 burgers are not that good that they're worth that price... Alone. With the fries sure, but not having to pay separately.And then the food was served to us VERY haphazardly, so getting our entire order took longer than I feel it should have. We'd get a single side, then a few min later a burger, then a few min later another side, then a few minutes later we got two sandwiches, then a few min later another side.. and one of the sides was forgotten about entirely, and we had to ask for it.The waiter was nice though for the most part but.. if you can't remember then write it down? It was a very forgettable experience, especially considering it was almost $20 before tip for just my meal alone, higher than some regular restaurants I go to, for such meh food and service.
