Terrible food and terrible service. My pizza was not delivered to my apartment door, it was left by the front door. My pizza was cold and the chicken dinner was incorrect. Never ordering from them again.

Wings were ok, blue cheese dressing was bottled- in my opinion a wing place should make their own blue cheese dressing. The pizza was horrific. I would compare it to middle school rollerskating rink pizza... and that is being kind.

Pizza is great! Would be 5 stars but how is a pizza place not open on Sunday??? It’s literally the busiest day for pizza delivery. Now I’m forced to get Toppers for football.

We were so excited to discover this gem when we first moved to our home 4 years ago! The best, most creative pizza options (taco, gyro, Buffalo chicken) and the BEST WINGS we've had! The option of getting a huge quantity of wings is our favorite! Great for parties or for stocking up for the week! Also, delivery is fast and the food is still hot and delicious! Our favorite local place to support and order delivery from!

Ordered a 2-topping pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño. Got a pepperoni pizza with deep-fried jalapeño poppers on the side. Both were cold, stiff, and greasy. Both reminiscent of gas station food. I would not order either item again. Left a negative review on Google and the owner replied, strongly implying that I'm uneducated and dishonest, and saying if I had a problem I should have called the restaurant. A do-over isn't really possible during a busy workday, and if this were just a one-off mistake it would be a different story, but the number of negative reviews shows that's not the case.

Not happy with this pizza place at all. Ordered out pizza at 4:33pm was told it would take 45 minutes, called at 6pm they couldn't find my order then they said it was in the way. 6:25p, almost two hours later we got our order. The fried tasted like they were reheated from yesterday and the pizza was the most plain generic pizza I have ever had. Not impressed at all.

Don't order the pizza. The employees said they make their pizza with fresh dough. It's a lie it taste like frozen pizza. I don't recommend the pizza at all. My children who are pizza lovers did not even eat the pizza and we wasted time and money there. The wings were salty and whoever answered the phone when my husband called was brushing us off saying they make their dough fresh.

Worst pizza ever if you go to this place avoid pizza at all cost. Wings are great but other than that soggy fries in a brown paper bag and Mozzarella sticks thrown in a bag all beat up nasty presentation all around never coming back here.

We ordered our pizza and chicken tenders at 8:03 p.m. As I write this it is 9:39 and we have NOT received our order and no one is answering the phone so we can't even cancel our order. We do understand how delivery service works, but we should be to call and get answer as to why this is taking over an hour and a half, especially when the website says approximately 45 minutes at the time we ordered and not almost 2 hours. Time I posted this 9:46 p.m. and still no foodand they have charged our credit card.Update: we were able to cancel our order after we called and left a message and they called us back.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Was pure disgusted when I left after I seen how they spoke to and treated a fellow customer. This place deserves to be shut down and if they keep this type of mentality up it will happen in no time. Owner needs anger management BIG TIME. good luck if you decide to stop in. Go read some reviews yourself and see how he talks to people. Unbelievable.

This little tucked out of the way spot is a tiny little place. Tucked into an old stripe mall in Bloomington. If you blink you'll miss it. We called in a order for takeout. Hot and ready when we got there. We devoured the delicious coleslaw & Joni potatoes before I could snap a pic, however the crispiness of the chicken is not joke. Only thing missing was some hot sauce and a couple cold beers. Really really good fried chicken meal!

My family is staying in Bloomington and the hotel clerk recommended Toppers! I called and placed a delivery order to our hotel which they originally said they delivered to. We also paid by card over the phone. I get a call later on stating that they can’t deliver to this hotel due to prior robbery experiences?! I was told I would be refunded…Mind you we traveled out of town and had some excited kiddos wanting pizza after a long day of discovering what Bloomington has to offer.
