Ordered pizza online to have delivered to hotel room and asked for paper plates to come with and the person on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Then told me they didn't have to listen to me. I spent almost 100 dollars on my families food. Don't order from this place. They don't care. Lucky I didn't just cancel and order room service.

Bro I’ve been waiting for a hour and the guy at the front told me the pizza was starting to be made after everyone else’s order was made after 15 minutes, never go here if you want to wait for an hour.

I got the wrong order. I mean wrong. I called and the manager spoke with me. Within 10 min maximum I had not only my correct order, but 2 of every sauce, plates and napkins. I called back to thank him for being so quick and adding extras. He made it right for sure!

Disappointing, place use to be really good. App glitched out several times . They sent me a pizza with crust and pepperoni with no cheese or sauce. Spoke with a manager and she said I have too many other calls and it was my fault. Called back and told her not to send a replacement, this place has lost my business.
This Pizza Hut did a good job on both the pizza and the deal. We got a Large Pepperoni Lovers Pizza (with cheese stuffed crust), Breadsticks, and a 2 liter of Pepsi. The pizza was really good as well as the breadsticks. I hope this Pizza Hut continues to do a good job serving customers and tourists alike traveling to Minneapolis or the Airport.-Shy_Gun670
